Beautifully decorated and everything you need in the kitchen. My only suggestion would be at least two hand towels for the kitchen and one each of the bathrooms. Very clean unit and comfy sofa. My only issue with master bed is the plastic mattress cover. I’m allergic to laytex and these type covers cause me issues. I have to place several layers of blankets / sheets over it. They do make them without the laytex but they are a more expensive purchase. Other than that it’s a perfect unit. Pool was nice this time of the year also. Thank you for letting us rent from this lovely unit. :)

Awesome trip and great stay

We absolutely loved our vacation. We had a great time combing the beach for treasures. We came home with quite a few shark's teeth. We would like to stay again.

Nice, quiet location close to everything

The condo was current with all you would need. Covered parking is a plus. Location is quiet and close to everything you want. Step out to the beach or quick drive to public beaches or restaurants.

Perfect view & Perfect Condo

Everything was wonderful about this condo. We stayed 2 weeks and enjoyed everyday. The condo has everything you could possibly want for cooking and comfort. Just. Perfect.

Rest and relaxation

Just sold house in CA and wanted to explore this area of FL. Loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the views and sound of the waves and walking on the beach. The apartment had everything we needed and was close to downrown. We love this area and will be back. thwobreak.breaknext

Top-notch condo on the beach

Our stay at this condo was excellent, despite the rainy weather. It was divine sitting in the comfy chairs in front of the big picture window, looking out onto the beach and ocean while sipping our coffee. The condo is well-equipped and comfortable. Getting to the beach was easy, and it was nice having covered parking. The location was good, too, and easy to get downtown. We would happily stay here again!

Great location and views

Negatives-parking is limited and tight. TV has limited stations, no ESPN. Positives-great location. On the beach with beautiful views. Probably would stay again but would take my on TV.

Perfect get-away for friends

We were pleased that the condo was as promised -- just like the photos. The beach was a short walk, the community was welcoming and laid back and we enjoyed the great sunrises. The bunkbed was not comfortable for an adult (needs to be replaced), a less complicated television system would be nice, and new beach chairs would have made the stay perfect.

Unhindered View of the Ocean

Our respite at the beach was enhanced by the lovely condo where we stayed. The main draw for us in choosing this condo was the unhindered view of the ocean. Imagine being able to sit on your balcony hearing the sound of the waves and watching the sun rise. Perfection! A great stay in a comfortable place made me wish I could stay longer.

Great vacation on Amelia beachfront

The condo was an excellent location - beachfront with wonderful views of the ocean from living room and dining area. Very short walk to the beach. The unit was very quiet. The check-in process was very efficient and check-out was just drop off keys and go. We had a very relaxing and terrific vacation.

Fabulous retreat

Fabulous Amelia Island retreat. My husband, two children and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful oceanfront views. Condo was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot on the beach

Right on the beach, comfortable, clean, well stocked, amazing view and walking distance to a few restaurants. What more could you ask for? Would love to come back!
