You can enjoy panoramic views of the ocean from the kitchen or the couch! Decorated in Seaside's cottage style, 'ain't in no hurry' makes you feel right at home. With the view, a 40' LED Smart TV, and a fully stocked kitchen, you may not leave. If you do, there are dozens of shops, restaurants & recreation options within walking or biking distance. Whether it's breakfast on the balcony or a candlelight beach dinner watching the sunset, life is more enjoyable when you ain't in no hurry!

Perfect location and adorable condo!

The owner had everything you could possibly need for a perfect getaway in this newly remodeled corner unit. You walk up a flight to perfect beach views and then back down to the beach walk. Easy peasy!

Great beachfront condo

Very comfortable condo steps from the beach! Kitchen is well appointed, bed is comfortable and living area is inviting with oceanfront views. Close to Seagrove Beach with plenty of restaurants and shops near by. Highly recommended!

Great Stay!

Great place for a beach stay.

We’ve been coming to Seagrove for a long time, and this is one of the best all around places we’ve ever stayed. Convenient to everything, steps from the beach, well appointed and super comfortable. What else could we want? Will definitely save this one and plan to be back!

Great!

We loved this condo on our recent stay! It had everything we needed and the convenience you couldn’t beat! The beach and pool were not too crowded and we were close to everything. We’ve been coming to 30A for almost 15 years and this was one of my favorite spots! Hope we can visit again in the future!

Love Santa Rosa Beach

The only downer was the weather. (Rained 2 of 3 days). Everything else was excellent. We hope to return!

Great Spring Break Getaway!

My family loved staying at The Palms of Seagrove at Ain’t in No Hurry! The condo was very nice and located in an awesome spot on Hwy 30A. The balcony has an amazing view of the Gulf. My family enjoyed the common grassy area and had fun playing cornhole. The weather was not perfect, but we had the best time. Will definitely stay here again.

Can't be beat!

We were thrilled with this location! We were a bit hesitant to be on the second floor, but it was a quick walk to the beach and the front door is straight ahead from the stairs. Owners were wonderful to work with! Just an outstanding experience. Looking forward to the next time!

145 Steps from the Beach!

The location and accommodations can't be beat. It's a 7 minute bike ride to shops and restaurants...and, 7 minutes away from the hustle. It was great to be so close without the crowds. Shaved ice, ice cream, donuts and a suft shop (the essentials when you have littles) are a 5 minute walk. Communication with the owner was prompt and professional. The unit was nicely appointed. It was perfect for us. We WILL be back!!

Great location, cozy condo

We had a great stay here. The view was perfect, beach access is easy and safe, and the condo had everything we needed. The kids loved the hallway bunk beds, and the king bed was very comfy as well. Having kids, I appreciated that the living area furniture had a little wear and tear - it made me feel like I didn't have to worry about my kids messing up someone's brand new super fancy furniture. We had everything we need to cook all week long in the kitchen. All in all, I would recommend this property for folks who are looking for a relaxing, laid-back stay right on the ocean.
