This property was very clean and comfortable to live in like a home away from home. It was well stocked with kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom amenities. The host communication was timely and responsive. The location is excellent with downtown Waynesville restaurants being just a short walk away. This was an excellent experience for my family and we hope to return for another vacation.

This property was absolutely perfect. My friend and I were looking for a place to stay for a little 3 day girl trip when we found “Cozy Cottage “. When we arrived we couldn’t have been more pleased!! The cottage was immaculate. The bedrooms were spacious with very nice bedding and decor. The beds were very comfortable as if you were sleeping in your own bed (very pleasant surprise LOL). The bathrooms were very clean. There were shampoos and conditioners if you needed them. The kitchen had pretty much anything needed including coffee. Isabel was a very gracious host and a pleasure to work with. I can’t think of one single thing that could have been better. Please consider this sweet cottage if you’re planning a visit to Waynesville. You will not regret it.

Property was exactly as described. Upon checkin, everything was clean and orderly. There was plenty of lighting and abundant household items for convenience. Instructions were clear and easy. The location cannot be more convenient to town and the communication with the host was excellent. The stay could not have been easier or more satisfying. We would definitely stay here again. This is the perfect place to stay if you need quick access to shops, and restaurants in town.

My husband and I loved this property. It was clean, roomy, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Plus it is only a few blocks from downtown so we were able to walk Waynesville a few times. It was a lovely trip and we will definitely be back.
