Thank you for such a thorough and genuinely useful review. It's great to hear the home started strong for you: the clean, comfortable space, three king rooms, nice decor, the clean hot tub, and the convenience of that keyless entry. Your suggestion about an in-home info binder is a good one, and we can see how having WiFi, check-in and check-out details, TV and amenity instructions, and recommendations all in one place would save the back-and-forth through emails. That's been passed along, along with your note about clearer contact information for reaching support during a stay. We also want to thank you for taking the time to detail the maintenance items: the second master's sliding bathroom door, the ceiling leak over the kitchen island, the downstairs sink and shower, and the kitchen sink sprayer. None of that should have been waiting for you on arrival, and all of it has been shared with our team so it can be properly addressed before future guests.
