Loved staying here. Everything was perfect and so close to all the St Augustine activities. The one issue we had was promptly addressed. Highly recommend this place.

The backyard was like a mini resort! We spent hours each day relaxing in the pool and spa area. The center of town is a 2 minute walk, plenty of shops and history. The beaches are a short 5-10 min drive. The house was a great size for our mini high school reunion of 9. More room than we needed. Each bedroom has private bath. The kitchen/living room/dining room was a great gathering place.

Beautiful home and property in the BEST location in the historic district w/ plenty of parking. Property mgr was so accommodating and was super easy to communicate with.

What a fantastic house! Everything was gorgeous, immaculate, and stocked with everything we needed. We were in for a wedding and rented 5 houses in the area. This one made the perfect base for people to stop by, hang by the pool, or walk into town for. Well worth the money.

Our family had a great stay! The house was super clean and well stocked. We couldn't have asked for anything more. The host was responsive with quick replies to our questions, and the whole experience was really top-notch. Perfectly located and beautifully decorated - we absolutely recommend this house.

This compound was the absolute best home rental we’ve experienced to date. It’s a 5 minute walk to St George street and a luxurious oasis in the country’s oldest city. Every bedroom is a suite and the main house kitchen is right out of a dream home. All appliances and supplies are high quality and eco friendly. We hosted gatherings here adjacent to our wedding and our guests had an amazing and memorable time. Highly recommend.

We had 8 adults and 4 kids under 4 and it was ideal for everyone. It was nice that there were plenty of bathrooms and they were all up to date. There was also a bathroom and shower by pool which was very covnvient . Plenty of out door seating and tables both the front porch , back porch, and pool area. Plenty of parking off the street. Beds were all king and comfortable. A nice tv in each room. Kitchen was large and had a good selection of cooking equipment. Two stand alone ice machines was a nice touch. A/C worked great along with ceiling fans. Location to downtown was excellent . Very safe area.

This location is the best VRBO that we have ever rented. The Host was terrific and helped us every step of the way with questions for our Wedding planning for our daughter. If you are looking for a destination wedding or just a trip to St. Augustine that you can walk to everything look no further than this location. Very spacious, comfortable accommodations, lots of bathrooms, chef’s kitchen, covered Outdoor kitchen and many more features. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.

Stunning property. We had a great time. Only negative was the pool/spa situation, and only being able to heat one at a time. Also one of the upstairs showers wasn’t working. But overall fantastic

The location is perfect! It is within easy walking distance to everywhere yet removed just enough from the commercial area to be quiet. We loved the outdoor spaces! My daughter got married at The Treasury. We held her Rehearsal Brunch followed by the Welcome Party for our guests at the house. Everyone loved it! Having two ice makers, the grilling area and ample refrigeration made entertaining easy! There is construction down the street which was unfortunate but not the fault of the home - simply worth noting. Having parking in St Augustine is a huge plus! We have a large, super duty truck so that was a bit challenging to get in and out of the driveway. Hosts, Keith and Kelly were very responsive. I highly recommend this home!
