We loved the condo layout and especially the beach view and access. Jason responded immediately when we contacted him. And there’s so much to do in New Smyrna.

Our stay at Jason’s condo was perfect! The beachfront location was amazing, the rooms were perfectly clean and well equipped with everything we needed for an awesome weekend!Jason was very responsive and gave us everything we needed for an easy weekend, check in was very simple which was appreciated. Location was awesome as well, as Flagler Avenue was a short walk away on the beach, and we enjoyed walking to get açaí bowls for breakfast! The pool area was a nice bonus to have, especially after long days on the beach. We were even able to grill out one night while we relaxed by the pool. I would not hesitate to book here again in the future!

The location was great, right in the ocean. The balcony had high top chairs/table that made it great to enjoy the ocean. The condo had a great coffee maker and they even had pods there for our use, which is a nice touch. The pool was nice, but there was no umbrellas or shaded areas, so we weren’t able to take advantage.

We’re also glad you enjoyed the coffee setup; we try to include a few small touches like the pods to make guests feel a little more at home. We appreciate the feedback about the pool area and the lack of shaded spots. That’s helpful to know, and we’ll definitely keep that in mind as we look at ways to improve the guest experience. Traditionally the table's poolside have umbrellas so I'll get with management. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us. We’d love to host you again anytime you’re back in New Smyrna Beach!

As a first time VRBO customer, I was a little anxious about what the condo would be like. Check in was very fast and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised as we walked into our unit. The cleanliness was evident as we entered. We could view the beach and the pool area. Everything we needed for the beach was furnished. There were several stores, shops, and restaurants nearby. All in all, we had a wonderful time. This was a very family friendly destination. Also, our host, Jason was very easy to contact and responded quickly. All in all, this was a great place for our family.
