We felt very safe and comfortable for our "home" in Scottsdale. The location was very convenient and within walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale.

I thought I did this yesterday ? It was a great stay, location couldn't be better, convenient parking, wonderful unit and host was tremendous, very responsive. Looking forward to staying again soon.

The host was extremely helpful and easy to contact. The condo was well stocked with paper products. No need to run right out for supplies.

I really loved my stay at this condo. It was quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable. Brett was great to respond quickly. To any question I asked.The condo was clean and easy to get in and out of and close to parking. I really love the pool here. It is my second time staying in the Maya condos. I would definitely stay here again. thank you, Brett.

Great location but too many problem area. The heat turned on and wouldn’t stop the first night. Bed uncomfortable and hard pillows. Very dark and deck only had view of wall and staircase. Can’t recommend.

Loved this place! Newly renovated with nice aesthetics! Extremely clean and tidy. Pleasant decor. Most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on in a hotel or rental. Awesome shower with great water pressure. A/C worked great and there is an additional A/C unit in bedroom for those who love to be chilled while sleeping or fight hot flashes. Phenomenal location for walking to shopping, bars and restaurants. Being from Nebraska we really appreciated walking across the street to Clancy’s Pub to watch the Husker game. We also felt safe walking day or night. We appreciated having a designated covered parking space and an additional visitor parking space. The pool, hot tub, and gym were easily accessible with a fob. One thing we’d advise is looking through your spam folder if you don’t get detailed information from Brett a few days before you check in. I couldn’t find an email so reached out to one of the host, Ken, and he was beyond helpful with all the details we needed to access the condo. We really appreciated Ken helping especially since it was late in the evening. Very nice hosts! We’d definitely stay again.

TLDR: Long response time. Lot of grounds maintenace rn. May have issues using amenities like the pool, hot tub, or gym. Limited stocked room. Our stay started off poorly unfortunately. We chose this stay primarily for the amenities offered by this condominium. However, the fab we were provided that should have let us use those amenities didn't work. I reached out to the host and property manager with every number I had, but it took somewhere around 6 hours to get the first response. We were told it was fixed about 5 hours after the property manager fixed it. By this time, it had been around 24 hours and my daughter missed one of the two days we had time to spend at the pool. She was very disappointed since it was going to be one of her highlights for the trip. Another complaint, its a very low stocked place. There are labels for things that should be there but aren't. Very limited anything which makes the stay less convenient. Also, probably unlucky, but there was a lot of maintenence being performed during our stay. One of the entrances to the room was frequently blocked off and we were unable to use the patio one day because they were cutting down a tree.
