We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home close to Pearl St! Jill was a wonderful host and communicated very clearly with us. We enjoyed being within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The space itself was very cozy and exactly as described. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to explore iconic areas of Boulder.

Very comfortable and clean. Bed was wonderful. Loved the proximity to Pearl St mall area and the cute neighborhood. Excellent hosts with an adorable dog.

The space was exactly as described. Jill reached out often and answered any questions quickly. This location was perfect for going to Pearl Street and the CU Boulder game. We were able to walk to our son’s dorm. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful apartment rental just off Pearl Street. Jill and Patrick were great hosts. They were super helpful and quick to answer any questions we had about the area. I highly recommend this rental.

Fantastic!!! We booked this place for out-of-town guests, and it was perfect. Our guests were comfortable, communication with Jill was smooth and timely, and the location was perfect. Highly recommend!

The location is ideal for visitors to students at the University. It's within walking distance of Pearl Street activities, including local coffee shops, boutiques, and restaurants. The king bed is absolutely comfortable. The owners were gracious enough to provide bottled water and delicious ginger beer (toosteppin)! Definitely will return in the future.

Excellent location in downtown Boulder. Suite is spacious and well equipped. You might want earplugs if you like to sleep in. As it is a basement unit, you can hear footsteps above the bedroom. Host very helpful and friendly.

We stayed here for three nights to attend a concert at Folsom Field. The location is great, very walkable to Pearl Street and the campus. The bed was super comfy. Communication with the host was always prompt and pleasant. Only a couple minor complaints. Since the unit is a converted basement, you do get some noise and cooking aromas from the floor above. The shower is a bit peculiar and I would've liked the ability to control the AC from within the unit.

Jill was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. She also directed us to some delicious food.The space was much bigger than the pictures let on. The proximity to Pearl St. and Boulder Theater couldn't have been better! We had a wonderful stay!
