The Space
Eveningwood feels like stepping into a quiet chapter of the woods. The paneled walls, vintage cabinet, and thoughtfully layered textures nod to a different era, while the light through the trees keeps the space grounded in the present. A sectional wraps the living room with views of the deck and forest beyond, leading naturally to the dining table and kitchen just beyond.

Both bedrooms reflect the character of Eveningwood, each with its own point of view. One pairs slate-colored walls with midcentury touches and a playful sense of color, while the other leans into natural tones with wood paneling, built-ins, and a view through the trees. Sliding doors in each room create access to the open deck, where filtered sunlight and a view of the Kalamazoo River shape the start and end of each day.

The spa-inspired bathroom features sleek tilework, a glass walk-in shower, and a modern vanity with ample counter space accented by playful, gallery-style art. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing a vacation travel insurance policy if you suspect that you will need to cancel your vacation.

The minimum age to rent this home is 25.

A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

We welcome up to 2 dogs at this home at no additional charge. Please include the number of pets you plan to bring or let our team know after booking. 

Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
