Experience the laid-back charm of Crescent Beach at Crescent Beach Bungalow, a cozy coastal retreat just a short walk from the public beach ramp and steps from the scenic Intracoastal Waterway. Spend your mornings fishing along the water or your evenings enjoying unforgettable sunsets.

This charming bungalow has been thoughtfully upgraded while keeping its vintage Florida character. Inside, you’ll find comfortable furnishings and a handy kitchenette with a two-burner cooktop, refrigerator, and microwave—perfect for preparing simple meals after a day on the sand. The unit includes two bedrooms, one full and one queen, plus a full-size sofa bed in the living area, making it ideal for families or small groups.

The fully fenced yard makes it easy to bring your dogs along, and convenient parking is available right at the door.

Located on the quieter south end of Anastasia Island, Crescent Beach offers soft white sand ideal for long walks, biking, or surf fishing. Local restaurants, a lively Irish pub, and small shops are just a short walk or drive away, while historic St. Augustine is about 11 miles north and Daytona Beach is roughly 45 miles south. Wake early to enjoy the sunrise on the beach with a fresh cup of coffee, or take an evening stroll to spot playful ghost crabs along the shoreline. We had a great time. The bungalow is a perfect place to stay for visiting the beach. Loved the fenced in yard and especially the fairy lights on the tree.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful spacious house and loved being just 1 minute from beach. Loved the fenced in yard for my dog. Comfortable beds, well stocked and were pleasantly grateful for the many beach chairs provided as well. The price for our last minute stay was exceptional. I would definitely stay here again.

This property was beyond exceptional. The amenities provided for every scenario were well thought out and planned. It was conventionally located just a short walk from kayak rentals and beach access. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone looking for a lovely family get away. Thank you

This little house was great !!! Clean ! And had Everything we needed ,it is also a 4 minute walk to the beautiful beach and a quick 15 minute drive to all the great attractions! The host was great and very responsive .We will definitely stay again !

It needs a good top to bottom cleaning. It is much smaller than it appears. There is no closet or place to hang clothing in 1st bedroom. The closet in 2nd has all of the cleaning equipment. No a/c in bedroom 1 The coffee pot didn’t work. No shampoo or body wash. Fortunately we brought our ownLaundry room is out back. We did not use it. Its away from the city which is nice. St Augustine is very pricey The beach is close by and it is beautiful. Very beautiful.

Overall the property was ok. Kinda of hard to find with the pictures that was posted. It was actually the garage next to the house, not the house itself. The only real problem we had was the main breaker was overloaded and shut all the power to the house off. We lost little food and the temperature rose pretty fast. Got in contact with the owner and had to go over to the actual house and find and reset the breaker. Kind of a bad setup as the garage is fed from the main house. Other than that the stay was ok. Watch out for the poison ivy throughout the yard as well.

The cottage was perfect for just my cousin and I. We came to stay for the Rockville music festival in Daytona, so it was very easy to navigate to and from the Daytona speedway each day. The check in process was a bit of a problem because the code given did not work to open the door. There was also a main house directly in front of the cottage that we originally thought was the place we were staying. So once we were given a code, we took all of our belongings in just to be told we were in the wrong building. Wasn’t but a few foot walk to the cottage from the main house, but that would’ve been a nice detail to have included in the listing (that there is a main house and a cottage) just so there’s not any confusion such as the confusion we ran into. Once we finally got in and settled though, everything was perfect. We really enjoyed our time at the cottage! (Also super close to a dollar general, literally 5 minutes or less, so that was extremely convenient!)

This place was perfect for our needs (couple with a dog). It was clean and had what we needed appliance wise and included starter supplies (soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags) only missing paper towels. Beach gear provided although we brought our own. They also had a hose that we used to rinse off sand and wash our dog after a day at the beach. House was walking distance to beach and gas station convenience shop if you need little things or water and ice. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will keep the place on our favorites list.
