About this space
1930's restored (in 2020) cottage in historic Lincolnville. Only blocks (5-10 min. walk) from downtown shops and restaurants. Close enough to the hustle and bustle yet nestled in the large oaks of adjacent Lincolnville. Only a few miles or 5-10 min. drive to the beach. Cottage has been completely restored (in 2020) with many upgraded finishes (i.e. 2 old chimneys; original doors; marble shower, wood floors and custom cabinets) including a charming rear patio for kids/pets to play in. Very airy and bright with lots of character .
The space In its heyday was originally a bed and breakfast. It sits on a lot shared alongside the main cottage.
Guest access
Cottage sits on a lot with main cottage. The driveway is exclusively for guest use. The gated rear yard/patio is cozy and reserved for guests. Pets are allowed to roam with their owner throughout the entire yard but can be left to roam unaccompanied in the gated rear patio area.

This is our third stay at Casa Lola. It is a perfect spot for exploring the St Augustine area. The cottage is clean and comfortable. The neighborhood of Lincolnville is full of interesting history.

This was an awesome little house, sparkling clean, well looked after and stocked with everything you could possibly need, Towels and sheets were perfect !.It has a beautiful screened in porch that we used all the time. The host John was perfect with communication and answered every text with a conversation instead of the quick yes/no answers, I appreciated that!. One of the best hosts we.ve had and will definitely book again.If your dates bring up this little gem don't hesitate to book it, you won't be disappointed.

Lovely getaway!

This home is the perfect little getaway. Very charming and quaint. The neighborhood is quiet and is located just minutes away from the St. Augustine’s downtown area and attractions. The bedrooms are a good size and kitchen and living room area are open concept and spacious. There’s a charming enclosed front porch for you to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. There is also a backyard space to enjoy the lovely garden or just have dinner outdoors. The owner was attentive to my questions and helpful. I would definitely stay again in the near future.

Wonderful Stay at this Saint Augustine Cottage

We had a wonderful stay at this dog friendly Saint Augustine cottage. Everything was as described in the listing, very clean, host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Our two small dogs enjoyed the fenced in yard. Very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.Note: The cottage is approved for one dog but we received approval prior to booking for our 2 small dogs.

Quiet, comfy, adorable home away from home located just outside of the busy streets of historic St. Augustine. Short walk to dining and entertainment options. Uber was always within 10 minutes for when we wanted to go a little further than we felt like walking. Will stay here again when we return next year.

Lovely cottage in a quiet neighborhoos

We very much enjoyed our stay in this cottage. It is charming, spacious and located within a 20 minute walking distance from its location in a quiet neighborhood to St. George Street, the Lightner Museum, Flagler College, etc. Our host was very responsive to my messages. We would love to return to St. Augustine and stay in Casa Lola again.

St Augustine winter get away

House is very clean. About a mile walk to town. Hosts were great. Maybe just a little TLC to the outside would be my only comment. Table set needs cleaning. Would stay again.

Beautiful cottage in historic area

We loved our stay at Casa Lola. Our host was kind, very responsive, and provided an accurate description of property. The property is charming and clean which made our stay just as we’d hoped. We even met some of the neighbors and they were lovely too. We’d stay again if we were to visit St. Augustine in the future.

Quaint bungalow near historic downtown

Casa Lola is a beautiful cozy bungalow. Visited St Augustine for a week and stayed here. Very welcoming and clean home. The yard was perfect place to have coffee and play with the dog. The front porch was ideal for naps and a drink in the afternoon. Perfect and welcoming decor. Absolutely loved the house. Easy walk to catch the trolley to tour historic St Augustine. Nice 15 walk to historic St Augustine. 5 minute walk to a local coffee shop. Highly recommend. Close to everything but far enough to enjoy some quiet time.

Cute, Cozy, and Clean Cottage!

We loved this cute Cottage! Very clean and lots of space! Very nice decor, great front porch! Very nice landscaped fenced in yard with a nice shady patio area. The hosts were great and accommodating. We saved this as one of our favorites in the area. Thank you!!

Wonderful Bungalow

We loved this little house- loaded with everything you needed and expected- wonderful back yard- just close enough to everything but away tucked away and quiet St. Augustine experience. Great breakfast and dinner spots within walk distance or drive. Parking was easy- great neighborhood for walking and wonderfully dog friendly! So enjoyed the quiet! This one is bookmarked for any St. Augustine trips!

Very nice area.

Place was cozy and had a nice fenced in small side yard. I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and access to downtown. My pup enjoyed it as well. He loved to walks back and forth to the DT area. Loved the screened in porch and could almost relax there longer! Thanks.

Magical

Our stay in this lovely little cottage was nothing short of enchanting. The property is tucked away from the street in a quiet neighborhood, nestled amongst mature trees and beautiful flowers. A table and chairs are provided near a small greenspace in back, perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee in the quiet of the day. The cottage itself is meticulously kept, both inside and out, with all the comforts of home. John, our host, was quick to respond to our questions and attentive to our needs. If you are seeking a St Augustine respite, just off the beaten path, this is your home away from home.

Little Gem cottage

We were absolutely thrilled when we arrived at this little cottage! Absolutely clean, all that we could ask for a 2 week stay in St.Augustine. Walking distance to the historical downtown area where we could dine at great restaurants, shop at all the beautiful boutiques and stores. We went just about everyday to St.Augustine beach which was a short drive with the Jeep, and we could also drive on the beach too :) We will definitely consider coming back to this little cottage gem, host was absolutely great with all the check-in information, keys, and perfect instructions to make it a fantastic stay!! Clean with Class

We have traveled and used vrbo and other agencies often for our accommodations. We have a dog so we need pet friendly homes. This cottage was the absolute cleanest dwelling we have ever rented. Everything was spotless. Plus the kitchen and bath were supplied with all the necessary items to make our stay very comfortable. The cottage was well appointed and is walking distance from so much. We ate brunch at the Blue Hen and walked there. We walked to the National Cemetery and downtown. This was the get away we needed. :)

Perfect in Every Way

We loved our 4 night stay in this little home in Lincolnville, perfect for my husband and I and our dog Frankie! The fenced yard was leash free and safe for our pup. We spent our evenings enjoying cocktails on the screened porch. We loved the short walk to the small lake to walk the path around the lake; what a perfect way to start the day. Downtown was a short few blocks, loved the Blue Hen Cafe for breakfast, and the Fish Camp… yum yum for dinner. You did a great job renovating this old home and property. Thank you for helping to make our stay perfect!

Secluded gem!

From the moment we opened the door we realized what a charming cottage Casa Lola truly is! Pictures do not do her justice! Such delightful visual encounters in each room. Cozy and comfortable with peaceful gardens in a private yard and a quiet neighborhood for walks to a nearby lake. Close to excellent restaurants and the Historic District but away from the busy area traffic. Don't pass this gem up! John, our host, has made sure everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay is available! Thank you John for sharing this cozy cottage. We will return!

The cottage was an adorable quaint place to stay with modern amenities. The proximity to everything downtown St. Augustine was either a short drive and/or a 12 min walk. My husband and I would love to stay here again when we visit.
