Cozy cottage in a cute neighborhood with parking, close to historic downtown!

Cozy 2 bedroom cottage w/ open floor plan. Situated in a cute older neighborhood just across the river from downtown, a quick drive to everything. Enjoy sitting on the porch under the grand oak tree or on grilling on the patio. The up and coming West King area has some excellent bars and restaurants and is a short walk away. For the adventurous walkers downtown is only 1.5 miles away. The beach is about a fifteen minute drive and the St. Augustine Amphitheater is about a ten minute drive.

We loved this vacation home. The owner truly thought of everything you may need. It was very clean and convenient to all that St Augustine had to offer. Would definitely stay here again.

So peaceful…gorgeous live oak tree out front!!! Very quiet neighborhood and close to all activities in town!!! Can’t wait to come back!!!

This is a great property. The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. It's within 15 minutes of everything; the Castillo de San Marcos 5 minutes away and all of the major beach are 15 minutes or closer.

This cottage lived up to expectations and more. Every room was clean and the decor made it that much more relaxing. Plenty of parking. The neighbors were all so friendly and it was fun to walk each evening. A quick and easy drive to and from downtown St. Augustine.

Everything was neat and tidy. This cottage made a perfect home base for us to be within 10 minutes of Historic St Augustine and all the events of the wedding weekend. Highly recommend.

Cute cottage in good location

We loved staying here and definitely would book again! Close to historic downtown and the rest of the attractions we were interested in, and it was a super cute and well decorated place!

This is a very comfortable place to stay. It is close to everything St. Augustine and the owners are very easy to communicate with and always ready to help when needed.

Was clean and well supplied we were very pleased only thing it needs is a first aid kit cut my arm didn’t have any frist aid supplies. Would be glad to use it again
