The location was great for watching the elk and getting to town or Rocky Mountain National Park. Everything was so clean and organized. We had everything we needed and we loved the mountain decor!

This house was perfect for our group of 3 couples. It's in a great location. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evening, especially the day the elk herd were passing through! Would definitely rent again if we go back!

This place is great! The house is clean, cozy, filled with everything you need, and a great location. The host, Nate, is very easy to communicate with and provides all information needed. You won’t be disappointed here!

The home was perfect, beautiful views, and everything you needed. It’s super close to town and to all of the wonderful restaurants and site seeing. The host was amazing and got back to me on any questions or concerns. Highly recommend and would for sure come stay again.

Everything was great. Three wonderful decks and we loved the firepit and used it every night. One night we had a visit of about 75 elk close to the deck. Would definitely return again.

Great place for a weekend getaway. Nate was incredibly responsive. The house has everything you need and then some. The location is great and close to everything while still private and quiet. Back deck is great for relaxing and elk spotting. Would return in a heartbeat.

Five stars is not a high enough rating for this property. The rental was beyond clean and the location was ideal for our Long’s Peak climb!

The place was very nice and clean! Even had a few toys and some books for the kids! We even had some elk come in the first night we stayed. It was perfect!

We really enjoyed this property. It's location is convenient to shopping and restaurants and RMNP. The host had provided many extras that I have never been seen at a VRBO before, such as cooking oil and seasonings in the kitchen, bodywash and shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms, and pool towels and laundry supplies. The view of the golf course, river and Lake Estes were beautiful and we were often visited (at a distance, of course) by elk who were grazing there. We would definitely stay here again!

We love this house! This is our second time staying here. Everything is always great. You have everything that you need. The beds are very comfortable and the views and the visits from the elk are awesome. We will definitely be back again!

Excellent stay. Clean and quiet. Beautiful views from the hot tub. Nice having a large garage to park in. Reasonably close to things without feeling like the downtown area is running you over.

What an amazing trip! This property could not have been better. The location of the home is beautiful and so convenient to walking around Lake Estes or going into town. Everything we needed for cooking or just for relaxing was provided. It felt like we were home.

House was fantastic and had a lot of amenities! Kitchen had all needed utensils and appliances to cook. Even better, house was within walking distance to Estes Park. We watched the Catch the Glow parade and simply walked back to the house. Easy hike to river walk through downtown Estes Park. Also, easy access to trail around Lake Estes. Finally, seeing the herd of elk from the deck was incredible. Highly recommend!

Perfect Home and Perfect Host. COMFORTABLE! Two living rooms, large bedrooms, spacious garage, incredible views, screened Hot Tub, large bathrooms, every appliance, dish and utensil you could need. It has it all and the location is incredible. We had a family of 5 and it was too much space. We cooked almost every meal and hiked every day. Elk a few days, deer a few days and snow a few days. It was not a place to stay in, this was a place to stay at. It was a HOME and we will definitely come back.

We felt very welcome from the beginning of the process, Nate does a great job of communication. The house was in excellent shape, very comfortable, we didn't have any issues at all. I enjoy cooking, so I usually take some of my kitchen tools with me. I didn't need the majority of them. The kitchen is well stocked and maintained, Items that I normally don't find when we travel were available in the house. Highly recommend!

The property was exactly like it was listed. The back of the house backed up to the golf course where we were lucky enough to see the elk migration right from our backyard.

We had an amazing stay at the Bugling Bull! The place was gorgeous, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was great for exploring Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. Watching the Elk off of the porch was incredible. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

This was a great house for three couples. It’s spacious, clean, and comfortable. The three different decks are great: we ate meals at the outdoor table, read in the Adirondack chairs on the upper deck and watched the elk in the late afternoon and the stars at night.

Great house with a great location! This rental was PERFECT for our group of 6. The house was super clean, well stocked with kitchen supplies, and had all of the bathroom amenities. We enjoyed the deck while watching the golfers, geese, and lots of elk. Downtown was an easy 10 minute walk for us. Communication was quick and check-in/check-out was seamless. We hope to return one day as this was an excellent choice.

Spacious property and great for many family members since there are three full bathrooms. Also, amazing views from back decks. We saw a herd of elk hanging out on the gild course right behind the house. Great proximity to stores and downtown!
