Very comfortable and spacious. Great location and nice pool and hot tub. Very clean! Host was easy to work with and responded quickly to questions.

Floors and some bedding were sandy upon arrival. A better vacuuming was needed.

This house was perfect for a family vacation. 10/10 no notes. We had three generations and everyone loved it. The pool was great, the hot tub was enjoyed and the house was perfect in every way. The neighborhood is lovely, and we loved not having to drive anywhere as most places were walkable from the house. There was plenty of seating and the porch overlooking the pool area was very nice. We enjoyed the hammock and there were plenty of pool toys and games outside and on the lower level. We enjoyed gathering downstairs, playing pool and pac man. Walkability to restaurants, wee winks for all your convenience store needs, the boardwalk and the beach made this the perfect location along with the beautiful stars in the sky at night. Will definitely rent here again on our next OBX trip!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home and can’t recommend it highly enough!From the moment we booked, the owner was incredibly communicative, responsive, and helpful. Every question we had before and during our stay was answered quickly, which made the entire experience stress-free.The home itself exceeded our expectations. It was immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and had such a unique charm that made it feel special from the moment we walked in. The layout was perfect for our family, with spacious common areas where everyone could gather while still offering private, comfortable bedrooms for relaxing at the end of the day.The outdoor space was another highlight. It was a fantastic place to unwind, spend time together, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Getting to the beach couldn’t have been easier—it was just a short walk or quick golf cart ride away along the private roads, so there was no traffic to worry about.This property truly checked every box for us. Between the amazing home, the outstanding host, and the convenient location, we couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. We are already looking forward to staying here again and would recommend this home without hesitation to anyone looking for a memorable beach getaway!

We had plenty of room for our group of 10 and really enjoyed the outdoor pool area. The available golf cart is worthwhile to reserve, although the walk to the beach is manageable. The location is extremely convenient for walking to the local shops and restaurants.
