This condo is in a great location. Easy access to the beach and Walmart across the street. Easy walk to all the great restaraunts on the strip. Property is well maintained. Loved the easy access to the pool from the back patio. Yolanda was very helpful with all the information needed ahead of check-in and check-out. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen has everything to make meals if you choose to. We will definately stay again our next trip to Galveston.

My husband and I stayed here with our two kids (5 and 8 years old) and had a great time! The place is very comfortable and had everything we needed. We spent some time at the beach and at both of the pools onsite which were great! The staff was friendly at check in and we were so close to stores, restaurants and gas stations, which was very convenient. We felt safe with the gated entry. We’ll be back!

Clean and comfortable. The pool is just steps away. Beach right across the road. Lots to see and do in the area. Host is very helpful and has great communication.

This is the 7th time we have stayed at the Dawn condo, and their home was absolutely the best. Yolonda is a great host All I can say is Wow! Their home should be called a beach house. Everything in their rooms related to the beach from seashells, painting as well as knickknacks. Their home was very clean and well maintained. Thank you for our wonderful stay at your home and will definitely hope to stay there again next summer.

Everything was as described in the booking, very nice and clean. Super comfy beds and centrally located in the middle of everything we wanted to do. We will stay here again, hopefully sooner than later.

Great location and easy stay! When you stay in a condo that offers all the items to cook, has washer/dryer in the unit and beach items, it’s a win for a family trip. One item to note for beachgoers is there isn’t a ramp at beach access so we did have to carry our items down many stairs. So be prepared in packing your wagon. (Which the condo had!) a suggestion for the condo owner is to install hooks either on the bathroom walls or door to hang towels to reuse. In the master bedroom, the only towel rack is over the toilet so it’s hard to hang towels out after showering.

Doc's Quarters was just what the doctor ordered. Perfect location and a nice, cozy, and inviting space. Plenty of room for a couple or small family. We had two adults and three teenage boys. They enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the beach was right across the street. Yolanda was amazing with communication and helping with anything we needed. We'd love to come back.

Building memories at the beach!

My family and I enjoyed our stay immensely. We loved being able to walk right across the street to the beach and also the convenience of having a Walmart so close. The home was homey and lovely. We had a great time building memories at the beach.
It was such a great time. We built memories on the beach by eight year-old granddaughter got to see the beach for the first time.
