There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. 1 reserved garage parking spot, and 1 reserved tandem parking spot outside the garage (is tandem to garage door).
The kitchen features a built-in reverse osmosis (RO) system, offering purified drinking water straight from the tap.

Noise Disclaimer :
Our home is located in a lively area of Ocean Beach, on a street with several local businesses. At times, guests may notice street activity such as motorcycles or pedestrian traffic, especially on weekends or during peak tourist seasons.

Due to the neighborhood's proximity to the San Diego International Airport, occasional airplane noise is also present—this is common throughout the entire Ocean Beach area. Flights typically quiet down after 10pm and begin again around 6am. The house is equipped with double-pane windows, which significantly reduce noise inside, but sound may still be noticeable, especially in the backyard or for noise-sensitive guests.

Neighborhood + Dog-Friendly Lifestyle:
Ocean Beach has a unique, eclectic charm and a laid-back lifestyle, including a visible transient community. Our home is near a 7-Eleven convenience store that can occasionally attract unhoused individuals. This is a common and well-known part of the OB community. They are typically peaceful and respectful, but we want to set this expectation upfront to avoid any surprises during your stay.

As a hub for dog lovers—just two blocks from the country’s first designated Dog Beach—you’ll see many locals and visitors walking their dogs along Voltaire Street. Occasionally, not everyone picks up after their pups, which may result in some “accidents” along the sidewalk. As a fellow dog-friendly host, we kindly ask our guests to do their part and help keep the neighborhood clean by picking up after their pets.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
