The ocean was perfectly visible and it was amazing and very much located in the perfect spot.

The view is the only reason I would give it 2 stars. The condo itself was pretty gross. Moldy shower curtain, water damage on the ceilings, and very outdated overall. The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work and the overhead fan in the living room didn’t work. The internet was so bad the TV in the living room said the connection was poor. I used data the whole time I was there. The “WI-FI” was pointless. There were holes in the wall in the bedroom and the tv in the bedroom had an arena with a random DVD player in a drawer beside the TV. The view and location were amazing, but I would not stay in this condo again. Very disappointed in the condo itself.

The view is the only reason I am giving any stars. We work very hard for our money, and going on vaca to the beach is a huge treat. The only requirements I have is a beach view and washer/dryer. The photos are clearly staged as the furniture and everything in there is dated. 2nd load of laundry and washer stops, locks our clothes in. I call and get a quick response (“we are sending maintenance “). They supposedly came and couldn’t open washer. Then”we are sending a tech, will be there tomorrow.” Believe that was Tuesday. Never came. Had to go do laundry in town. Umbrella on porch is molded and torn. Hardly any cookware or silverware. Silverware is in wooded box on wall. Very aggravating to be lied to. I asked if there was an open unit to at least wash clothes. “I will check and get back with you.” Never happened. I’m just saying that 3000 is a lot of money for the shape the place is in. We would have liked to at least been offered more towels as we had to take them to clean as well. Ceiling busted up in several spots. Mold damage around lighting in ceiling. Toilet is for a daycare. Barely off the floor.
