Put your feet up and let your hair down at this beautiful beach retreat. Enjoy gulf views from almost every part of the condo, except the bedroom. You will love the recent remodel done by Tracery Interiors, a famous local interior design firm. Enjoy the Gulf front views and sunsets with a large covered porch when you're not sitting on the beach. The Seamist Condo features one master suite with a QUEEN bed and two additional TWINS off the hallway, cleverly built-in as bunk beds. The kitchen and dining room have an open concept with floor-to-ceiling views of the gulf. With 2 free adult bikes, take a short ride to the Village of South Walton at Seacrest Beach, Alys Beach, or iconic Rosemary Beach.

Great vacation rental!

We absolutely loved the condo! Clean, well decorated and modern. The view was as advertised and the beach area was perfect. The owners were very attentive and responsive and we will definitely stay there again. I highly recommend this place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall had an amazing experience at Seamist #8. Finding a rental with everything you’re looking for in 30A is not easy but I am so glad I stumbled upon this one. The condo was actually nicer in person than in the pictures! The decor style was amazing and couldn’t ask for a better location. Perfectly enough away from the chaos of Seaside traffic, but still within a bikes ride away from everything and in the middle between Alys Beach and Rosemary. The property management company was extremely easy, professional, and quick to respond. The only feedback we have is that the master bedroom headboard (rattan material) is a little noisy due to material, and squeaked with any toss or turn in the night. WiFi went down on our last night and the location is a cell phone dead zone so we couldn’t make any calls unless we walked up to the street from the condo.

Seamist Condo Review

This condo was the perfect spot for our family’s spring break trip and we’ll definitely be back. This place has it all from great views, easy access to the beach, 30A, and chair and equipment rentals from local vendors. Our favorite part about the stay was being able to spend so much time on the private beach with our family during the day.

WONDERFUL LOCATION

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Definitely will come back to this location. It was in the perfect spot and had an amazing view. We stayed for our 10 year anniversary and I loved being able to walk right onto the beach and to sit on the back porch to see the ocean. Since it's a private beach, it isn't as busy which is nice. Definitely would recommend this location. It was clean, had plenty of towels/everything we needed, and the customer service was great.

Great location

Great location and away from the masses of crowds. Loved the location so much. Only negative was the poor quality internet, outdated tv’s, and uncomfortable living room furniture. Internet didn’t work at all the last 2 days and the tv’s were close to impossible to operate.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was clean and perfect location. We were disappointed in the construction that we were u aware of that occurred on the patio each day we were there pretty early into the day to most of the day so our patio was off limits to us all day and thankfully the beach was beautiful so we stayed out most of the day. Wifi was an initial issue but someone promptly fixed that.

Amazing stay!

This condo was a perfect place and right on the beach! The check-in was easy, the accommodations were very nice, the location was amazing, and having coffee on the balcony each morning while watching the waves was perfect! I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone staying with 2 people. I would respectfully suggest to the property owners to invest in a new couch for maximum comfort, but that is the only suggestion I have. Wonderful, clean, beautiful, and perfect location. I would suggest this place to anyone wanting a wonderful time on the beach!

Wonderful Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful stay at Seamist. It was the perfect size for a getaway for 2 and the location was great. We had everything we needed and all of the information was available in the app or by text. The only downside to the condo was the couch. The cushions are definitely worn and did not provide a lot of support. Overall I would stay here again!

Wonderful Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was in great condition, had everything we needed! Furniture comfortable, great balcony. To get down to the beach, there are quite a bit of stairs, not feasible especially for those those that are disabled or are not physically adept. Great location, felt very safe, would love to stay here again. Washer and dryers were super helpful to have so handy in the condo for the stay.
