Your cozy getaway awaits in Ocean City at this delightful beach block condo. The property sleeps 4, featuring a 1 bedroom with a queen bed and an additional living room space with a comfortable queen bed via a sleeper sofa. This 2nd floor unit also offers an elevator and 1 partially covered parking space to use during your stay. This property is perfect for a small family, group of friends, or a couple looking for a cozy retreat. Enjoy the AC during the season, or heat during the off season during your stay.
There is an outside hose in the parking garage near the elevator to rinse off your sandy toes, or an outdoor shower with hot/cold water for those who might be extra sandy.
Please be advised, renters will need to provide their own bed linens & towels.
This is a convenient place to call home base while you're away, equipped with keyless entry, for one less thing to worry about. We hope you enjoy your stay!
**Please be advised renters must be 25+, this is a non-smoking unit which includes inside & the balcony, quiet hours on the premises starts at 9pm. Check-in information will be emailed to you 3 days prior to check-in.

Great location, minutes from the boardwalk and beach, very reasonable price and no extra fees! The condo was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Lynette was great to communicate with, she was able to arrange a last minute request. Great place for a couple or small family. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again! Highly recommend!

My best friend and I spent the week at this adorable property. It quickly was a home away from home. Close access to both beach and boardwalk. Close drive to shopping downtown on Asbury Street. Many excellent restaurants close by. Cute, convenient, and comfortable. Love, love, love!!

I was here over the Christmas holiday to spend time with friends and family. The condo was perfect for me and the owners were so kind! I hope to come back next uear!

Highly recommend! Place was very clean and host answered any and all questions. Property is right by the beach and even has 1 parking spot for you. If you bring more than one car there is a 10 lot on 5th street. Property has a little balcony as well. Had a tv in living room and bed room. In regard to comfort the mattress is the only thing I would change. Would definitely stay again. It’s a perfect couples get away. OC Boardwalk is amazing, great for families. I highly recommend the coffee company and dels grill for lunch. Big thanks to the host! Book it!

Wonderful, clean, well-kept little condo- perfect for the two of us. Great location, great city! Appreciated the in unit laundry and the elevator to haul stuff up and down to the parking. Would definitely recommend!

This place was very good small place convenient and close to the boardwalk. It was a very nice family trip and at the last minute the owner accommodated me with an extra Guest that was not originally on my reservations. The only thing I would say is that the beds were a bit uncomfortable for my sensitive back. Next time I book I will plan on bringing my tempurpedic mattress cover. Overall good place to stay.
