Perfect for a couple, we had no issues during our stay. Enjoyed the porch for morning coffee, bed is comfy, met all of our needs. Nearby pizza and ice cream spot is excellent. Would stay again!

Overall great location. The off street parking was stressful. Condo had beautiful updated and clean bed and big appliances.Floors were dirty and heaters had an inch of dust.No free chairs or umbrellas provided but free beach tags were a plus.

Weekend get away

My husband and I shared an awesome weekend in OC. This location is so walkable, we didn't get in the car all weekend. Can't wait to go back!

Great place

The condo was perfect for our long weekend stay! Down the street from the beach and plenty of restaurants within a walkable distance. Quiet neighborhood as well! Perfect for couples!

Great place for families

Close to the beach, short walk down the street. The place is also a short walk from a deli/grocery, pizza, and ice cream. Nice stay! Only downside would be that parking is very limited.

Great location, cozy

Small, well-kept apartment with pleasant covered deck; good for a couple. Excellent location around the corner from the Island Grill and a 5-minute walk from the end of the boardwalk.

Nice little beach apartment

Nice one bedroom for a shore vacation. It was just want my mom and I were looking for. The short walk to the beach and boardwalk was great.

Perfect OCNJ Getaway

The condo was perfect for our brief stay in OCNJ. Great location with a quick walk to the beach. Condo came equipped with everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend this property and definitely be back next season.

Comfortable and Convenient

The house was clean and neat, the bed and futon were super comfortable, the location and neighborhood perfect and the owner, super nice. All in all a great stay!!

Beach time!

Great location! So close to the beach and boardwalk in a quiet neighborhood! We will definitely go back and go more prepared next time with toilet paper, hand soap, kitchen and bath towels, spices and wine glasses!

Not bad, just seemed like there were some cut corners on things that are basic in most rentals. Things like no toilet paper holder, no shelf in shower for soap etc, old outdated futon for main (only) seating in living room.Very small, but you know that going in. Just needs some updates and basic things to give guests a better impression.Location is great and having a porch is nice.Overall, basic no frills in nice area.

No frying pans. Only pots. Pretty clean. Futon a little uncomfortable. Near the boardwalk but far from the rides. No parking spot. Street parking was very inconvenient.

Memorial Day weekend

Had to park blocks away since they don’t provide parking. Shower knob is locked so you can’t make it hot just barely warm and the shower head isn’t well adjusted I had to hold it the whole time.

There should be no future issues with temperature. We're sorry to hear the shower head was not up to your standards. We will keep in mind as we do some upgrades next season!
