Our home offers families and couples or individuals older than 25 years old a great get away for a few days or the week during all seasons. (NO SENIOR WEEK/PROM WEEKENDS); Adults who deceptively choose to rent our home for those under the age of 25 will be charged the full $1500 security deposit fee and be evicted. We also have another property that allows us to keep an eye on our home.
This exciting and relaxing vacation awaits you and your loved ones in the less congested Northern end of Ocean City, NJ. It is conveniently located at the corner of Wesley and 1st, midway between the beach and the bay. Stroll down to the beach, visit the boardwalk with its shops and amusement/rides or play a round of mini-golf with the kids, see a show at the Music Pier, visit the quaint shops and eateries on Asbury Avenue. Walk to the bay and enjoy crabbing off the bulk heads, rent a jet ski or visit the nearby casinos or Cape May County Zoo. There is always something to do! Enjoy the abundance of sun and boardwalk activities all within a short walk while you reconnect with family and friends. The condo association does not allow renters the opportunity to bring pets along.

The Condo

This location features a renovated second floor condo in a home that has withstood the test of time and storms since 1929. It has a fully equipped over sized galley kitchen and plenty of modern amenities to enhance your stay. You will find yourself choosing between relaxing on the spacious shaded front porch or the spacious back sun deck. Either location is equipped for dining. So you can either start your morning with a good book and coffee on the front porch or after a short walk back from the beach your family can eat lunch on the back porch before finishing the day out on the beach. From the front porch to the rear deck our home offers a cozy comfortable space. Though the home retains some of its historical charm it is fully equipped with cable, wireless wifi, and smart TVs. We hope your family finds our home a place to relax and build memories.
This home is a smoke free environment.

Due to Corona-19 we have added an "Air Scrubber" to our central air system. The system allows for constant air purification and surface cleaning inside the home. We felt the obligation to do this since our home hosts different families week to week.

Upgrades:

Added this year on all bedroom full sized windows is not only the existing louver shades but Room Blackening Roller Shades. Great for sleeping in or children's nap times.

John and Cheryl were excellent hosts. The kitchen was well equipped to be able to cook meals. It felt comfortable for our party of four adults and two children. Having two bathrooms was very nice. We enjoyed spending time sitting on the porches. The location was great. It was within walking distance to the beach, a few restaurants and shops, yet calm and away from the busy parts of town.

We had such a wonderful stay! Their home was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. I especially loved sitting on the front porch. It was such a nice spot to read and even work. I really loved how quiet the street was. They had a spot to store our bikes and extra chairs that we appreciated having. The location was fantastic…was easy to walk or bike to the beach and boardwalk. And parking was never an issue, as well. The hosts were also wonderful to communicate with, were so nice, responsive, and gave us great recommendations in OC too. Our family truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

Had a great time at John and Cheryl's place. The home is very nice and was clean. It is only 3/4 blocks to the beach and big enough for our party of six. Communication from John was great, and check in/out was very easy. Would definitely repeat!

So many beach properties are the bare minimum, but here, it's very comfortable and you will be treated like guests who are cared for with homey amenities including six beach passes. Location near to beach and some good restaurants too. Just don't forget the towels and linens : } Communication was very good and friendly.

We had a very nice experience staying here for our mini vacation. The rental was very clean and up to date. It’s located in a quiet part of the island so not a lot of traffic noise. The hosts were very nice to communicate with, even offering us to come earlier than the check-in time, however we couldn’t get there earlier due to my work schedule. I will definitely consider renting this place the next time we come to OCNJ!!

Property was perfect. As advertised in pictures. Very clean. Host was super communicative and accessible. Check in and out was super easy. First time staying on northern end. Very quiet with available street parking but still accessible to boardwalk and local eateries. Property is decorated very nicely, comfortable and has everything you might need.

I grew up in South NJ and my wife grew up in PA just north of Philly. Our family became weekly summer renter to the island in 1982. After 34 years of vacationing and walking the island dreaming we decided to make an investment in our future. We searched the shore up and down and each time we came back to what felt right, Ocean City. We love vacationing here not only in season but throughout the year.

My wife's had two criteria to her selection of a home. It must have off street parking and have a porch. From the moment we walked on this property we just had a feeling that this home would be perfect to start our next stage of life. We wanted a home to share with our children and grand children. We are now looking forward to making memories with our grandchildren in this home. This 3 bedroom 1 bath home with both outdoor spaces, off street parking and private outdoor shower felt right and we just knew it would be perfect to share.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

My wife fell in love with the front porch. We will often find her out there reading and drinking her morning coffee. The rear deck is also a key feature of the home. It's cozy 3 bedroom interior has just that perfect feel. Its location in the northern end of the island puts us close enough to many of the attractions but not in the center of all the congestion. The home is centrally located in the middle of the island on the northern end. In either direction with a short walk is the beach access and boardwalk with public restrooms or the bay with it recreational features.
