Whether you are visiting for recreation opportunities, historic landmark sightseeing, or just plain relaxation you can't beat this beautiful home. A large well equipped eat in kitchen, large master bedroom, tranquil deck, cozy in floor radiant heat, 2 car heated garage for off street parking, laundry facilities, and newly renovated custom finishes are spotlighted in this home. When you are ready to get away from it all, let this property pamper you. This home can accommodate 6 guests. The master suite has a king sized bed, the other 2 bedrooms have two twin beds in each (bunk beds in one bedroom). There is a private bath off the master bedroom, a full bath for the other two bedrooms, and a 1/2 bath located in the laundry room. The modern kitchen with granite countertops is fully equipped. There is a gas range for cooking, side by side refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. There is a gas grill on the backyard deck, with outdoor dining furniture. Contemporary furnishings complete this charming getaway.

Comfortable, Clean, and Great Location

This place is lovely, comfortable and clean, with all the amenities, including a good kitchen - and lovely views of Mt Elbert and Mt Massive. It is walking distance to the main street and Leadville is a great base for winter fun - not too far from Copper Mountain and close to good winter hiking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing. Check-in easy. Highly recommend. We loved our stay.

Very comfy beds!

We came to watch the Skijoring event and loved this place! So close to the event and very clean and comfortable. WiFi worked great and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking , coffee and drinks. We will be here again for another Leadville adventure!

Perfect vacation spot

The house was wonderful and in a great location. The kitchen was probably the best stocked kitchen I have seen in a vacation rental. Very close to town and restaurants. Beds were super cozy. Definitely plan to return.

Leadville Stay

The property was exactly as advertised. Great location walking distance to Main Street. Very clean and very well appointed. Jason was so responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend his place for anyone heading out that way.

Family Visit

We absolutely loved this home. Cozy, clean, well stocked and close enough to walk to town. We came to visit family and see Leadville for the first time. Lovely town with so much to see. Next time we visit, we'll stay here.

Great Spot in Leadville

We rented this house for a group during the Leadville 100 Run weekend. You can’t beat the location; it’s right at the start / finish and an easy walk to downtown shops and restaurants. It was clean, well-appointed, and Jason was accommodating and very responsive.

Great Place to Stay

Loved the place and the rooms; plenty of space, inside and out; loved the kitchen. Highly, highly recommend this place. Within 3 blocks of City on the Hill, our favorite place, as well as downtown. Owner, Jason, was absolutely great to work with.

This house has a really well stocked kitchen and a great layout for a small family. The garage and back deck were an added bonus. We had a great time and will definitely stay again!

Clean, quiet, & easy

The check in and check out process was seamless. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of room. The neighborhood was quiet. Perfect for access to the mountains on a ski trip weekend.

Excellent Stay

We had an awesome stay at this property for a week while skiing. The host has thought of everything you could need including a fully stocked kitchen, spare toiletries, plenty of bedding and pillows, tons of towels, board games, and truly just about anything you could need or may have forgotten. The location is excellent and close to Ski Cooper and there are plenty of restaurants and a grocery store in town. The garage is heated so that is also nice. The bed in the master bedroom is a very firm bed so if you love a firm bed you will enjoy the bed. The house is updated with nice bathrooms and nice heated flooring. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for our family

Just blocks from the main street and with gorgeous mountain views, this house was truly perfect. We went skiing every day at Ski Cooper and then came home and cooked dinner, watched movies and played games. The living room area was very comfortable and fit all five of us. The kitchen was VERY well stocked and I appreciated the variety of kitchen gadgets.

Awesome home in Leadville

Great VRBO experience for two couples. House is comfortable, well-furnished, kitchen had all we needed and within easy walking distance to shopping, dining and the Mineral Belt trail. In-floor radiant heating kept the home more comfortable than most in Leadville in and even the garage is heated! Owner communication was easy and efficient.

A Great Place to Stay in Leadville

We stayed in the house with a couple of friends for the Silver Rush races. It was an excellent place to stay. Very clean, very well supplied, very comfortable, and a huge kitchen. We were able to use the garage to store bikes. Jason was very responsive to our inquiries. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

This house had everything needed for a stay in Leadville. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking tools. The garage was very nice to have. Great location just a few blocks off of Harrison (main shopping street) and convenient to all of the recreational opportunities that surround Leadville.
