This is the second time we have stayed here and absolutely love the house. Location is perfect for all activities. House has plenty of parking and by far the best extra amenities of any property we have stayed in ( kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies).

Really enjoyed our stay! Location is great, very walkable neighborhood and quiet despite being so close to tourist attractions. Place is clean, feels homey, and the beds are very comfortable (not too soft). Would stay here again!)

This property was the perfect place to stay for our visit to St. Augustine. We were a group of 7 (3 adults, 4 kids) and the home was comfortable, clean, and has everything you could need for a great stay. The host and his property manager had good communication. The location was also ideal. We were able to leave our car parked at the home and walk to all the major sites from Castillo de San Marcos to the Lightner Museum. We would definitely stay here again!

Easy access upon arrival via key code door entry. Very clean & well maintained. Love this house & the convenient location to shopping, restaurants & other sightseeing activities. Spacious master with en-suite bathroom. Same key code to both front & back doors made it easy to remember the number.

Perfect for what we needed. 1920s home with tons of character, in a great location, and with a great common area for our family. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. Communication was a breeze. The neighborhood is quiet and an easy walk to the historic area.

We enjoyed the location of this home and the proximity to shops and restaurants. Clean and great response from the owner when we had questions. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of information on restaurants and attractions. Great value We would book again.
