Big, open living area. Plenty of room to relax and visit. Big dining table plus stools to gather in the kitchen. Rustic setting with deer on the property. We were 5 friends, and it would also be great for a family.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were big and roomy. The porch area was very nice and we enjoyed seeing all the wild life, mainly deers and rabbits.

Beautiful property

Everything was great. Nice and relaxing, plenty of room! This place worked well for our family. We loved sitting on the back porch, visiting and enjoying the view. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Getaway

This was such a great rental! The ranch/farmhouse was perfectly equipped with everything that my family needed. It was a true rural experience while still being close to town. My family would definitely visit again!

Amazing property for a family gathering. Best kind of VRBO: you imagine what it would be like to live there permanently. Not far from town but very private. Lots of excellent finishes and equipment. Highly recommended.

Perfect Stay

We loved our visit! The house is perfect and Ann was very helpful. We love going to Boerne for girls shopping trips and enjoy staying in the country. This house is the perfect location and beautiful. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful hill country home!

Beautiful spacious home in the hill country! Huge back porch to enjoy the deer and the sunsets on the rocking chairs! Owners were super responsive to our needs even on Christmas Day! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect hill country property!

The property is beautiful and it’s located close to town so nothing is too far away. We really enjoyed the gorgeous home and property. Perfect for girls trip or just a weekend away! Will definitely return!

Spring Break 2025

This house was fantastic! Had such a pleasant time sitting on the great wraparound porch watching nature pass us by. The number of deer and beautiful cardinals that paid us a visit was spectacular!

Fabulous Eclipse Week in the Texas hill country

This lovely Texas farmhouse was perfect for our family to gather for a week around the solar eclipse. There was plenty of room to spread out and we had some lovely times rocking on the back porch, playing horseshoes and enjoying the rural views. Everything about the home was perfect, We are already talking about another visit there.

Childhood friends had a great visit. We cooked , shopped. We get together once a year.

The best equipped kitchen we all agreed. Beautiful house and loved all the seating choices on porch. Plenty of parking ( we had 5 cars). Quiet hill country site . We enjoyed watching the deer. Loved that it was close to Boerne, but away from people and traffic.

Beautiful House in Ideal Setting

This house has been well kept, very clean, and well stocked with essentials of both ingredients as well as dishes and cooking utensils. The back porch is welcoming and overlooks pastureland where you can usually see deer in the morning and evening, and watch birds anytime. Absolutely everything we needed could be found here. We loved our stay at this house so much the first time we visited that we didn't hesitate to come back to it.
