The Host was amazing ahead of, during, and after the hurricane. Kept us updated and adjusted our stay just to ensure everything was in perfect working order! We appreciated this more than anything! Communication was top notch! Condo was FULLY stocked with everything one would need on a beach vacation and eliminated packing certain things which freed up space in the car! Views were beautiful and the beach was a very short walk! Parking was easy and close to the building! The pool/hot tub at this building were less crowded and perfect! The whole family enjoyed the trip and we would definitely book again!

It was an absolutely beautiful stay and the host was gracious and extremely helpful. The views were spectacular and the condo was extremely clean and orderly! My family and I will definitely be staying here again!

This was my first visit to Destin, and the accommodation was absolutely perfect. It had just about everything I needed, the view from the balcony was beautiful, and the private beach within the resort made it very convenient to get to the ocean.The host responded quickly to all my questions and provided all the information I needed.If I ever visit Destin again, I will definitely choose this place.

Easy access to room. Beach towels/chairs/umbrella supplied by host were excellent and saved me from hauling my own goods on vacation. beach access was an easy walk. enjoyable stay!

We had a great weekend. The condo was very peaceful and clean. It was well maintained and had everything we needed. The views were really wonderful. The beach was just downstairs with a couple minutes walk. We love the extra space. It was perfect. The host was very kind and helpful. We will book with her again.

We loved our stay in Destin! Giovanna’s apartment was great - very nicely decorated, super clean, kitchen had all the necessary stuff, and it was so nice to have a beach cart, chairs, umbrella and beach toys available for us. This is a must for our family trips since we traveled by plane. Beach was only 5 min walk from the building and it was beautiful! The only downside was that LDV would take the entire beach front for their chair and umbrellas (until about 3:30pm) and we could not set ours close to the water, but you can’t beat the convenience of having a private beach steps away, with available bathrooms and a bar/restaurant! The pool was nice for the afternoons and it stayed open to 10pmGiovanna was very attentive, gave great tips and even had a welcome gift for the kids upon arrival.Overall, great stay and we would definitely be back!

Wow! Ms. Giovanna’s place checked all the boxes. It’s a beautiful, spacious condo with gorgeous views. The bedrooms had big-screen TVs, and the bathrooms were spotless with plush towels. The kitchen had all-new appliances and everything needed to cook meals.The icing on the cake was a closet full of beach toys, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and even a new wagon to haul everything.the resort was amazing! We hangout at the beach all day and when back at the condo we were able to relax and enjoy the fabulous views. Very memorable for my family and I. Thank you, Ms. Giovanna, for your kind and prompt replies to our questions. We hope to see you again!

We just got back from an amazing stay at this beautiful beachside condo in Destin — honestly one of the best trips we’ve ever had! The balcony view of the Gulf and lake hit us the second we walked in; it really felt like our own little piece of paradise.The place is tastefully decorated, super comfortable, and spotless. The king bed was incredibly comfy. Waking up to that view every morning was the highlight. The kitchen was fully stocked (we cooked a couple dinners), and the bathroom had great water pressure for a nice shower after a day at the beach.The hosts provided beach chairs, towels and umbrella, even left us a sweet welcome note, and was quick to answer any questions. Check-in was seamless, everything was perfectly clean. The condo is literally steps from the sugar white beach and a short walk to restaurants and shops. It was perfect for us! It far exceeded what we expected from a rental. We didn’t want to leave and are already talking about coming back next year. If you’re planning a Destin trip, stay here — you won’t regret it!

5-Star Stay at this stunning beach condo!Exceptional host. Exceptional service! It was like being at a five star hotel and then some! I took a chance on this newly remodeled unit (no reviews yet), and it was the best decision. Giovanna responded instantly to every question and guided us seamlessly from booking to checkout.The condo is exactly as pictured: spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything you need. The beach closet blew me away: chairs, umbrella, towels, wagon, cooler, and toys, all ready to go! Beautiful weather even in November. The views from the balcony and bedroom were spectacular! We enjoyed every bit of our mornings coffee. We had a frontal view of sunsets and was very romantic sitting on the balcony and sipping on a glass of wine! We loved the pools and hot tubs. The private beach was a plus, right there, just a few steps away. It was definitely a win! Can’t wait to go back.

The condo was great. Clean, nice view, conveniently located. Watched harbor fireworks every night at 9p from the balcony. Family of 3 stayed for a week and we had plenary of dishes and linens. Newer furnishings and nice tv’s in all rooms. Beds are comfortable. One of our favorite things were the shower heads. Not the cheap 20 amazon type. Higher quality heads with great water pressure to make for a nice home like shower. Host was fantastic and helpful. My family has stayed at The Pelican Beach and Terrace Resort many times over the past 15 years. We have seen a lot of condos. This was a great experience. Thanks Giovanna.

Nice!! What a beautiful review! Thanks so much! Oh yeah those shower heads! Pretty reinvigorating! So many have asked info on the mattresses for their homes. I believe when a condo is managed directly by an experienced and caring owner you always get a better service. I’m easy to reach and always on top of everything going on with the unit. Just left the property today. Place was clean, cute and spacious. View from balcony was amazing. Host was very quick to respond and assist with questions and requests. Loved that there were plenty of towels, wash cloths and beach towels. And liquid hand soap! Not the bar. We would absolutely stay again.
