Modern 3BR/3BA Maple Leaf retreat with vaulted ceilings, skylights, and hardwood floors. Features a fully updated kitchen with brand-new stainless steel appliances and gas range. All bedrooms, including a spacious master suite, are on the same level. Enjoy a private fenced backyard with deck and storage shed. Quick access to I-5 Express, Northgate Light Rail, UW, downtown, and the new Seattle NHL arena—perfect for exploring the city or relaxing in comfort.

Entry/Living Room

- Fully stocked chef's kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances.
Dining Room
- Dining table with seating for six.
Primary Bedroom
- Queen size bed, closet, dedicated workspace, ensuite bathroom with standing shower.
Second Bedroom
- Queen size bed, closet, and dedicated workspace.
Third Bedroom
- Twin size bed and crib.
Exterior
- Private backyard with table and seating for three
- Front yard with lawn (unfenced).
Guest access
You will have full access to the home and property except the back storage shed.
Other things to note
A couple of considerations:
1. While our home is family-friendly, we kindly ask that children are supervised at all times—especially around the Peloton, workout equipment, and while playing in the front or backyard, as the driveway opens directly to the street.
2. Please sort trash and recycling using the labeled bins provided in the kitchen. Larger outdoor bins are located just outside the garage. Collection day is Thursday, and per neighborhood rules, bins may only be placed at the curb on the day of pickup. We’ll send friendly reminders to help ensure the bins go out and are brought back in promptly. Your help with this is greatly appreciated and helps us keep the property in good standing.
3. We have regular maintenance services such as landscaping, mowing, gutter cleaning, and pest control. Occasionally, pest control may need access to the crawl space or attic. We'll always do our best to give you advance notice.
**House Rules**
• Absolutely NO parties or events (resulting in a $500 fine), adhere to quiet hours between 10pm-8am, refrain from smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces, refrain from engaging in digital piracy, and kindly remove shoes before entering the home.
• NO pets allowed. Failure to adhere to our pet free space will result in a $500 fine.
