The place was a perfect size for us, everything was clean and perfect, loved the coffee machine and pods and electric teapot. Exceptionally quiet neighborhood and so nice to have driveway parking

Great stay here! The space was very clean and well maintained. I loved all the little details...the nice soaps and toiletries, the decorating, and that everything needed was provided. The host communicated well. The location was close to John Paul Jones Arena, so a quick ride to and from shows.

basement stay

This was a wonderful place to stay. The photos in the VRBO site were spot on. I was traveling by myself using VRBO for the first time and felt safe at this property. Lovely place to stay and I highly recommend it!

Perfect location

This is a great property located near the heart of Charlottesville & an easy ride to wine country. The host is very responsive while giving guests their privacy. I will definitely stay there again if available.

Everything is excellent. The bathroom is amazing. The title work is very good. Kirchen has everything we needed. It is very quiet neighborhood. The location is very good.

Comfy and convenient

This cute apartment is true to the photos and information in the listing. It's perfect for anyone visiting UVA. Compared to hotels we've stayed at, it's a better deal and more convenient and comfortable. Very easy check in and check out.
