This is a very cute and comfortable condo. It was very clean, and had everything we needed and more. We loved the location, as it is south of St. Augustine so you are away from all of the crowds but not too far to drive. Communication with Michelle was easy and she was always very quick to respond when I had a question. We would definitely stay here again!! We highly recommend this property.

Came here for our honeymoon and unfortunately it rained most of our trip so we didn’t get to enjoy the beach or pool as much as we had hoped. I am sure that should the weather cooperated this would be a perfect spot for a beach trip! The host was kind and very responsive. Location is also close to downtown and the walk to the beach is not far!

We enjoyed the first floor access for easy move in/move out and proximity to the pool (although we never used it due to colder temps) and access to the boardwalk down to the beach. The unit was clean and stocked with all of the items needed for a short stay.
