The property was convent located to pine street and all of the fun local shops and restaurants we love! We did have some difficulties with the consistency of the WiFi during our stay. The beach chairs and umbrellas were very handy and the outdoor shower was very convenient. Loved the decor in the house and the twinkle lights outside. The ring toss game was also a hit! Would stay here again with my family!

This place was amazing. It was very clean and had everything you needed. It’s not a huge place but perfect for singles, couples and small families.

This cottage and AMI are both truly stunning. The cottage is smaller but has plenty of sleeping space. We loved the outdoor shower and used it more than the indoor one. We didn’t really cook but it seemed like the kitchen was well stocked. The washer/dryer was a plus and they had lots of beach supplies for guests to use. My only complaint about this stay were the numerous fees charged. There were 2 cleaning fees, a service fee and an administrative fee. The one that was really a problem was the damage fee which is charged up front that they refused to refund even though we left the cottage in perfect condition. If it weren’t for that I would happily stay here every time we visit AMI. I’m not sure if these are VRBO fees or fees from the host but I’ll be looking elsewhere for future stays.

Overall, my wife and I had a fabulous time celebrating our anniversary at Tiny Tides!On the positive side, the house is nicely sized for two people looking for a couple's getaway. The location is absolutely perfect, as it is only a very short walk to many shops and restaurants. We loved the included beach amenities and even pulled the wagon to the beach in less than 15 minutes. The beds were comfortable, linens and towels were plentiful, and the laundry and kitchen areas had everything we needed. I especially loved sitting and reading in the day bed area.On the negative side, while we had no issues with the size of the unit, it does advertise as sleeping up to 6, and I cannot imagine so many people sleeping in a space of that size. The unit is one of several cottages on a small property, and the neighbors are *very* close, almost to the point of feeling invasive if they are making any sort of noise. We also had a few issues with the internet connection, and given that mobile network access is very poor throughout the whole island, there were periods of several hours where we had no data connection at all. We also did not love the lighting, we think the unit could use a few small lamps as the overhead lights did not have a dimmer. Also, the air conditioner and fans were a bit loud. And lastly, although there was a Keurig machine in the unit, there were no coffee pods included.Overall for us the positives outweighed the negatives, and we fully enjoyed our stay.
