The Space:

This home's backyard is your ticket to island life, whether you're lounging in the saltwater pool, soaking in the private spa, relaxing under the palm trees, or firing up the gas grill. Access the bedrooms and living room via the windowed walkway that surrounds the house. Dream Maker has an extraordinary amount of natural light, from the skylight to the floor-to-ceiling windows in most of the rooms. The two-sided fireplace adds a unique centerpiece to the main room's luxurious feel.



Dream Maker has a coveted spot at the north end of Anna Maria Island, just a couple blocks from Bean Point beach. There's parking for up to six cars (including two garage spots), but if you'd rather not drive, the free trolley can transport you almost anywhere on the island. You're also an easy walk to the piers for fishing, dining, or simply taking in the sights.



The entertainment center with surround sound allows for a musical backdrop to your dinner, and Netflix streaming, a smart TV, and free WiFi await you after. The kitchen will appeal to your inner gourmet cook, from the built-in appliances and gleaming granite countertops to the breakfast sitting area.



The master suite boasts a bird's-eye view of the pool area, as well as a walk-in closet. You'll find a flatscreen HDTV and DVD player there, too, and a workspace complete with a desk. The other two bedrooms each have their own TV, as well, and the third bedroom is equipped with a PlayStation 2 and games.

Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $32 per day plus tax. A 48 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees. We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October

Obsessed with the windows. They do not disappoint. Quiet street close to Bean Point. There is no public parking on the side of the street that the house is on, which is nice. Loved the walking paths to the beach. Beach was clean and the water breathtaking. Highly recommend renting a golf cart for transportation. There are hair dryers in every bathroom. Garage has some beach items (chairs, sand castle building tools, cast net, boogie boards). There are pots and pans but no spices, cooking spray or aluminum foil. The general store on Pine Ave is a close option for common items. Wish there was an outdoor TV at the pool area, but would definitely stay here again.

This is such a beautiful home, we watched everyone that walked by look at the home because it was so beautiful! The short walk to the beach was very nice, the home was clean and had everything we could have needed.

The dream maker house is the perfect vacation getaway!

The pictures of this home are exactly how it is in person. The location is perfect, close to the beach and the bay, and close to restaurants and shops! We cannot wait to stay here again!

Beautiful Home

One of a kind home that is centrally located. The pool was awesome, super close to the beach and the bay, walkable to shops/restaurants. The trees surrounding the property make it feel very private and secluded. Loved staying here and highly recommend to others.

Beautiful home, close to the beach

This home is gorgeous and exactly as pictured. It’s just a few blocks from a beautiful white sand beach, which was an easy walk even for toddlers. The pool area was a perfect place to hang out also. We highly recommend this house!
