We live in and love Fort Collins. We have two other condos in this building and have put our heart into improving the common areas here as well. We love this location and often stay in the condos ourselves when we want to attend late night events downtown or when we have friends we want to get together.

We bought another condo here because we wanted to be able to offer a place to stay in the same location that was better suited for smaller parties, yet allowed the flexibility of renting the other two as well for larger parties. We also liked the fact that this unit is on the first floor which is good for travelers who can't tolerate stairs.
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
The great thing about this condo is that it is large for a one bedroom. It doesn't fill cramped even if there is a couple and children. We have an exceptionally well stocked kitchen--not just the basics. The condo is artistic and there are things to catch your eye in each room. The location can't be beat.
