Tucked just off Mountain Ave, this walkable location puts you steps from Fort Collins’ best. Grab coffee at Mugs, browse local boutiques, and explore Old Town Square on foot. Breweries like Odell, New Belgium, and Equinox are all nearby, and the scenic Poudre River Trail is perfect for bike rides or morning strolls.

The property was clean, easy to access. No laundry in unit, but it was available in the complex. A/C was nice. Close to CSU and very little train noise, which was a plus!

Location is excellent. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Walked to restaurants and coffee. Rented bikes (Incycle bikes) and biked the Pautter river trail....fun and beautiful. Grateful.

Great place to stay, very clean, has everything you need. Very close to town and all shops/restaurants. Host made check in and check out incredibly easy, will definitely stay here again in the future.

Excellent location! Very clean and a great place to stay in the Old Town area. You can easily walk to many restaurants and brewery.

Great location / comfortable rental
We enjoyed the location as it was walking distance to so many wonderful downtown restaurants, etc... The unit was clean and comfortable and well appointed.

Great place!
Very nice and was a great home away from home. Nice walk to Old Town, where we spent most of our time. Recommend highly.

Location, location, location
Basic but comfortable , had what we needed, most important to us was location. Loved the short walk to Old Town for morning coffee and restaurants.

Ideal location
This condo was just perfect for my husband and me on a visit to Fort Collins. Walking distance to all the Old Town sites and great off the street parking.

Wonderful place
We had an excellent time. The apartment was clean and comfortable. For us it was close to the family we were visiting. Also it is within easy walking distance to restaurants, coffee houses, bakeries, shopping and entertainment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to using this facility again in the future.

Great spot near Old Town
Relaxing, quiet, well-maintained spot to unwind after each day in the mountains or shopping downtown FoCo. This is my second stay at the 220 Flats and I enjoyed it immensely.

Perfect location
We visited Fort Collins for the first time and stayed here. It’s in a great location - walking distance to the town. We had some issues with the shower door not opening well and they offered to fix it right away (we delayed it since we were working around nap times with our toddler) but great communication. We really loved visiting Fort Collins and if you want to be close to the town this is a great location.

Old Town
Nice quiet neighborhood location, bed needs to be replaced for it to be a nicer stay.
