This property is very nice. It is clean, light, well-equipped and in a good location. The host is very responsive and available if questions arise. I really enjoyed staying there.

Lovely new property. Small but well-laid out, with a very well-equipped kitchen. Great location—easy parking and very close to the light rail and wonderful parks. Host was extremely responsive and helpful.

Well-connected was the #1 reason I bought this house. The Central District is one of Seattle's most historically significant and underrated neighborhoods, primarily residential and walking distance from Jimi Hendrix Park (named after the Seattle-born musician) and the Northwest African American Museum.

What makes it special is what's three minutes from the front door: Judkins Park Light Rail Station, which opened in March 2026. From here it's one stop to downtown, direct service to Capitol Hill, UW, Bellevue, and Redmond, and the airport with a single transfer — all without needing a car.
