Great place to stay, clean and comfy! My only complaint is that the shower does not appropriately keep the water from overflowing out to the floor.

Great location and stay!

My husband and I enjoyed our two night stay here! It was well appointed and the bed was super comfortable! We will def stay again when in Seattle!

Nice place and you will fee like a "local" in a Seattle neighborhood. I would recommend highly for solo business travelers working downtown or UW area. I found it a nice reprieve from downtown and Bellevue hotels.

Fantastic location in Ravenna. Close to University Village which was perfect for us. The place was nicely furnished, quiet, and super clean! The host was so easy to communicate with and kind. We highly recommend this place and plan to stay again when visiting family in the Seattle area. We really enjoyed our stay!

The location

Stayed for work. This was 10 minutes away from my job. Would have loved to stay for a longer period. The amenities were great but I didn't need them.

The host had failed to mentioned the stairs that led up to the door connected to the upstairs unit until i asked and he mentioned that only the host has access to open it and also failed to mention that his family was upstairs in the other unit. got told that the living area, kitchen and laundry room was a shared space when the listing says ‘private apartment’. lastly host fail to mention that the property had a camera out in the front. i had left the night before checkout due to my guests and i being uncomfortable.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Just to clarify, the unit has a private entrance and its own unique access code. The dividing door remains closed at all times and is locked on both ends. There are no shared interior spaces within the booked unit, and exterior security cameras are disclosed in the listing for safety purposes.

An honest review: this is a daylight basement so know that going in. The decor is great and it’s nicely updated. I had really frustrating communication issues with the host on more than one occasion which means that I will definitely not stay here again. The 10am checkout time is very unreasonable, and the cleaners knocked on the door early at 9:40am, when i brought this to the host he was flippant. I don’t love microfiber bedding/sheets, but that’s a personal preference. Pillows were not great either, but it was a very comfortable bed. Please don’t make guests remove their own trash.
