Solare Tower located on Bahia Mar is a very unique property because it’s not only conveniently located but it is also one of the largest properties and with so much to offer. The beach is within easy walking distance and you will actually enjoy the walk inside the property. It has beautiful gardens and a relaxing large beach deck. It also has a playground for the little ones when they don’t feel like playing in the sand.

The condo has amazing natural light coming in that features its modern furniture and décor. You will love the breezy feel. Its very spacious so it provides plenty of space for gatherings in the social area which includes a dining, living and kitchen area.

All three meals are very easy to prepare in the fully equipped kitchen that includes all the essentials you're used to for cooking, stainless steel appliances, blender, coffeemaker, you name it. You won’t have to worry about anything, not even doing dishes since the kitchen also has a dishwasher. To make cooking even more enjoyable, four may sit at the breakfast bar while they help prepare or simply join in for good company. Dining table sits 8 so space is not a an issue for the special gatherings.

Enjoy a hot cup of coffe on the balcony while watching the amazing view or maybe a cold drink in the afternoon with the beautiful sunset or both! The balcony is spacious and is the perfect spot to unwind!

If you feel like staying in, relax in the living area watch your favorite tv shows or a good game just to escape the sun for a bit. Enjoy cable TV or stream on high speed internet or maybe take out a good book while you rest for a bit.


Enjoy some time swimming in one of the two shared pools, or relaxing in the hot tubs, or down by the sea. You might even want to try some water sports! The tennis courts are also a great option to practice sports on property, make sure you pack your rackets! If the tots are tired of the sand and water, the playground is a great option for them to have fun.

This condo is a perfect option for a family trip or for a couple of families traveling as a group. South Padre Island is a great destination for a beach getaway, it has perfect weather, miles of shore, loads of fishing and other water activities and great options to eat and go out for fun.

Have brunch in a delicious café or maybe a cold drink in one of the beach bars with a view. Enjoy delicious meals or have a fun night out, there are plenty of fun options to enjoy in the Island! Kids would love a trip to the water park or to the sea turtle rescue center to learn more about turtles the island never gets boring!

BEDROOM & BATHROOM
• Bedroom 1: King-size bed and a full private bathroom with a walk in shower and double sinks to add in more comfort
• Bedroom 2: Two full beds as well as another private bathroom and a tub
• Bedroom 3: Two twin beds and also has a private bathroom with a tub.


HOUSE RULES:

• Maximum occupancy limit: 8 guests, including children (age 12 and under).
• No invited Guests are allowed.
• To give access to the property it is necessary to sign the registration form and provide a valid ID (with photo and signature).
• No smoking allowed
• Minimum age to rent is 21
• All persons are required to wear wristbands.
• Check in begins at 4:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am.
• No pets allowed.
• Rental includes two parking permits. Additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed into the property for an extra fee. No R.V.'s or motor homes will be allowed on property.
• Great island activities include: Off-site bird- and turtle-watching, Beach four-wheeling, Horseback riding, Laguna Madre Nature trail. Walking on the island is also a lot of fun!
• Our rental properties are family oriented. Good behavior is expected from our guests, respect for property rules and other guests. No parties allowed. Minimum age to rent is 21 and must be present during the entire stay.
• We kindly request that guests respect the Resort/HOA rules. Failure to comply with their house policies is grounds for eviction from the property and/or fines vary depending on these rules. Please contact us if you have any questions.
