The room was clean and as described. Everything worked efficiently. Some of the neighbors were welcoming and helpful in things to see and experience in the area. I would gladly love to book this condo again in the future.

Loved the condo and location. Only complaint is needed a large skillet but we made do. Very clean and comfortable. View was beautiful.

Three on a Date for Our 40th Anniversary

When we arrived, it was warm and humid outside. It was also warm and humid inside. The A/C unit had been set to cool to 50 degrees. As a result, the unit was completely frozen up and inoperable. I spoke to the host and he said there was nothing he could do that evening, but that he would send somebody out in the morning. We got the call Saturday morning that a guy was on the way. We got up and got dressed and he arrived. Obviously, this problem took hours to defrost. We left and came back in the afternoon to a cool unit and had a fine evening. You are probably thinking the host offered us something for an awful night. We were offered no consideration or compensation for the inconvenience. Bring towels too if you want more than 1 towel each for a 2 day weekend. We spent our honeymoon 40 years ago at Bernard's Landing and have had many great trips there. This is no reflection on the resort.

Great spot overlooking the lake

The communication with the owners, the location overlooking smith mountain lake, the restaurant recommendations and everything was very good. Small issue with WiFi not working the first few hours, but the owners replied and helped resolve that quickly, so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall would highly recommend. Thanks!

Great View Easy Access to town Close to everything Cons Very cold and Fireplace was unusable DVR was there but in a cabinet not hooked up NO room for grocery storage Sleeper mattress can still feel bars and springs Horrible upstairs neighbor up all Nite Still was a nice stay!

The property nice other tenants where friendly. The only items I would add to the property. Tissues and a clock Fire place should be either a electric or Gas/propane unit
