Great location just steps to the beach and huge patio ideal for friends and family. Great floor plan and well equipped We bar b qued and also easy to find for grocery and meal deliveries The host is amazing to work with and very attentive!

Great experience working with the management company. There were some minor hiccups like the wifi wasn't working, but the host promptly addressed whatever issues there were, which is the most important thing when renting a place. The place was as advertised, right by the beach and close to the restaurants. I would totally rent here again.

This place was well located and clean and we had a very nice stay, including kids and dogs. It was a quick walk to the beach and beach chairs and other items were provided. Unfortunately we could not fit our standard minivan in the garage, so struggled all week moving the car around. We’ve squeezed into a lot of tough Mission spaces and never had this happen. Another challenge was the patio: while upstairs guests did not use the patio amenities, they did need to come into it through the gate to access their units. While trying to keep little kids and dogs contained and safe, we had to keep a constant watch where we had hoped to have enclosed outdoor space the could use more freely.

House was very clean and put together! Communication with the host was fantastic and it felt like a very safe area for our kids to play. We needed another fan for our kids room and they had it there in a very timely manner. There was some noise from the airplane flight path, but nothing that compromised our stay. They have also added a fire pit to the outdoor patio, which is not pictured, what a great addition! Would highly recommend.

Amazing location almost directly on the best part of Mission Beach. Location cannot be beat with short walk to restaurants, a few beach oriented shops, a small (super expensive) convenience/ grocery store. Enjoyed the walk along the miles long boardwalk area and the beach was uncrowded and clean at this time of year.There is also a small park with picnic areas and public bathrooms on the boardwalk. The unit itself has small bedrooms except the spacious master with double closet. Plenty of hangers and wire drawer unit in the closet. The bunk room was very tight but also very clean and nice. There is a small washer dryer in the unit with laundry soap provided. The two bathrooms are good, with some shampoo, conditioner and hand soap. Number of towels was very good; beach towels and beach chairs / toys also provided. We did encounter a few maintenance issues and these were addressed well. There is a TV in the living room area and the master bedroom with streaming service connection. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans and dishes.Coffee, basic cooking spices provided. Nice shared outdoor area. Propane grill was great. Comfy beds. Downside of this unit is parking. The garage is very tiny, compact car only. Other parking is about two blocks away, restricted on some days/times. Annoying to worry about our nice car in public parking overnight. Restricted ability to explore the surrounding areas. Beach is the real draw here but leave car at home.
