This place is so peaceful, clean, and great for a large group. I was concerned the number of bathrooms might be rough for our big group, but it was perfect because of the layout. The host is so attentive too!

We had a wonderful stay. There was a lot of wildlife right in the backyard. Deer and great birdwatching. It’s very close to a nice hiking trail. We had 10 adults and the house was spacious enough that we never felt cramped.

Very clean and easy to communicate with the host. Nice place near enough to Colorado Springs for easy shopping but also secluded enough to feel disconnected.

Beautiful, clean house. Very comfortable and well equipped with all the basics. We appreciated it had AC, as we heard not all homes in the area do. We all slept great. No squeaky beds, like some rentals have. The bunk beds were some of the nicest we've seen.

Wow… I am so sad… that I had to leave this place! Everything was absolutely perfect! If you are searching for the place to go in Black Forest - stop and book this one now before someone else does! My daughter got married at the Wedgwood venue right around the corner and this was the perfect location for the bridal party and family get together. The backyard is beautiful and the space is perfect for all. The hosts were responsive with any communication and very clean. Worth every penny and book your stay today!

We stayed here with a large group of 14 adults and one child, and we were very happy with our stay. The home was extremely roomy, which made a big difference for a group our size. The layout and thoughtful details throughout the house were wonderful, and we really appreciated how spacious and comfortable everything felt.The hosts were also very friendly and helpful, quickly responding to any questions or concerns we had. Overall, it was a great stay and we would absolutely recommend this property to others visiting Colorado Springs.

Wild Pine was very neat and clean. The location was pretty and peaceful. Carpet looked new, beds were quite comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed, including salt, pepper, spices, etc. It was great not having to worry about paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, tissues, even a starter amount of toiletries! We walked the nearby 4-mile trail, which was lovely. The family in the basement was not an issue at all. We enjoyed spending time on the back patio. The air conditioning was not working properly, but the owners responded quickly when messaged.

We had a gathering with our two daughters and their families. The home in Black Forest was immaculate, The beds were large and very comfortable. The grandchildren loved the bunk beds and our son-in-law plans to have similar ones built for the boys when returning home. The kitchen was well equipped. Overall, it was like moving into a new home. An added benefit was the frequent visitation of the local deer population. The hosts were very good and were quick to address the minor issue of a missing ironing board. At first, we were concerned with the location being more removed from the usual Colorado Springs attractions. However, it is extremely easier getting around Colorado Springs than cities such as Houston, Chicago, and even Denver. We had no issues getting to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Garden of the Gods, and Manitou Springs. Overall, we could not be more pleased with our stay at the WildPine Retreat and it will be our first choice for future large family gatherings in the Colorado Springs area.

This was a fabulous property for our multi-generational family reunion. It worked well for the member with mobility issues- the entry ramp was great as well as the walk in shower. The kids enjoyed the game room and bunk room. The property was clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the location in the woods (complete with deer). We could easily get to local attractions. I highly recommend this property and this host.

Excellent Experience! The house was perfect for us--tons of space, 5 bedrooms, great outdoor covered deck, beautiful lot. It had everything we needed and more; the price was the best we found, and the host was very friendly, easy to work with, and quick to respond. Highly recommend!
