Single-level, three-bedroom, two-bath condo that sleeps eight(8) . Located in a quiet residential area with trees and grass, not on a busy roadway.

Features: Master bedroom and Bedroom 3 each has a queen-size bed. The largest bedroom (not the master bedroom) has a king-size bed. Sofa in living room opens into a bed. Master bath has a jet tub with shower; Guest bath has a regular tub and shower. Gas fireplace; Central air & heat; Electric appliances; One-car garage plus outdoor parking for 2 more cars.

Also includes Cable TV, Internet & Wi-Fi; Large full kitchen with granite countertops & breakfast bar; small kitchen appliances, utensils, and silverware; Wet bar; Florida room; Microwave; Gas grill; Iron & ironing board; Hair blow-dryer; Small playground, Horseshoes, Basketball hoop, and Tennis court (all shared); Outdoor pool (shared, not heated); Full-size washer & dryer; Front & back screened porches; Open front patio. This is the beautiful place to stay, and so convenient to access all the restaurants and shopping around. Quiet, peaceful, and nice. Ms. Abbie the lady at their office is so nice and warm welcome. This place made I felt like I’m stayed in my own house. Overall, great place, great price, and the most important thing is it made my vacation with my son’s family so wonderful. My grandkids all enjoyed so much. Will definitely stay in this place again whenever I come back to visit Dollywood parks.

Great Stay

Great place to stay, had the vacation-cabin atmosphere to it, clean when we arrived, heating worked really well which was good for the cold weather, had two sun rooms which were really cool to sit in during the morning as long as you had a blanket (because the sun rooms didn't have heating), pretty close to a lot of the activities in town, and really friendly service

Clean and roomy

This property was in a quiet location with a nice front and back porch. The inside was very roomy and clean and we greatly enjoyed our stay!

Great Stay

Condo was very clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for the stay. Good distance away from pigeon forge so it was quiet but not too far away to travel back and forth.

Great house!

The beds were more comfortable than the last couple hotels I’ve stayed in! Super clean house, and very comfortable. The manager was super sweet, just a great stay.

Pictures don't do this place justice it is absolutely gorgeous wish i could buy the place.

Very Clean, everything worked great hope to stay there again sometime soon. Will Absolutely invite all my friends to stay here also. Well worth the money, and quiet and just beautiful.

Will stay again if in that area.

Location of condo was perfect for the event we were in town. There was an issue with the air conditioning and they did everything in their power to make sure we were comfortable. It was a lovely stay and perfect for the family. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Great Place!

Super clean and spacious! Super cute screened in porch and enclosed sun room gave our family plenty of space to spread out! Well maintained! Location was great - shopping and grocery stores nearby! Would love to stay here again!

Perfect for family

Everything on one floor, and minimal stairs to enter the property. Location perfect for our needs. Large rooms, and open floor plan.

Very happy with this spacious 3 bedroom condo. The garage was a really nice space (we put 3 motorcycles in there). The master bedroom was huge - could easily have a crib or even another bed and still have plenty of space. It was good to have 2 outdoor screened rooms, in addition to a front porch. I'd stay here again.

Check in at the office was easy and everything was ready for us. The condo was spacious and well equipped. We had 4 adults and 4 kids in our group and the generous space was a great fit for us. The kitchen area was huge with lots of counter and storage space. The bathrooms and bedrooms were nice. If we go back to the area in the future, I would not hesitate to stay here again.
