Ideal location and set up! We came with another family for baseball and the kids loved the pond outside to fish during downtime. House was clean. Only thing was the rec room wasn’t set up like the photo — no couch or rug, but we were ok with that. Kids didn’t use it and preferred to fish anyway.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. Fishing was a hit and quiet property was a nice getaway. Would highly recommend!

This property is beautiful, clean and very close to Cooperstown Dreams Park. It's updated very nice and very clean. The back deck and pond were an added bonus between games. The sun sets don't face the deck so it is cool in the evening. There was an extreme heat warning in effect the week we were there which caused some issues with the AC. However, Erin was incredibly responsive and addressed the issue to our full satisfaction and went above and beyond to respond and do what she said she would I would rent from Erin again. We were all sad to leave this property.

Amazing property! The backyard has amazing views of deer in the mornings and we all loved fishing in the pond. Property and house are very well taken care of! It was a perfect rest after days of games at Dreams Park!
