Sunset Spruce, located directly on Bass Lake in Traverse City with 100 feet of PRIVATE frontage, offers the best of both worlds—a peaceful, lakefront hideaway and a central base for exploring the Northern Michigan region. Whether you’re looking to recharge in a setting defined by water, nature, and magnificent sunsets, or planning a day trip to vineyards, dunes, or charming small towns, this lake house offers comfort, convenience, and unforgettable scenery!
