We’re sorry about the air conditioning issue during your visit, and I personally called you to set up the expectations prior to your check in. Unfortunately, since your stay was only two nights, there simply wasn’t enough time to schedule and complete a repair while you were there. We do our best to address unexpected issues quickly, but sometimes circumstances are beyond our immediate control. Hi Jean, glad you enjoyed our house and amenities variety of games we offer. Our rental offers a variety of dishes, cups, silverware, frying pans and boiling pans that are stored at the bottom of lazy Susan cabinet. I am a bit surpised that you did not see them but as i mentioned in my welcome communication to your family - we are always responding within an hour or two to our guests. I could certainly point you out to where they are. We do have two bathrooms and can host the max of 8 people that we advertise in our listing and disclosed to our guests at the time of booking. We appreciate the feedback and hope you made a lot of great memories!
