Best Place To Stay on Cocoa Beach

This is out 3rd time staying here and it was just as good as the first two times. Can’t wait to keep coming back!

Property was exactly as described, and we thoroughly enjoyed our beach vacation. It was a quick walk to the beach; everything you need for the beach is already provided. Very quiet and relaxing location!

Nice quiet area, easy beach access. Having beach supplies on hand was great. Staff was very helpful with recommendations and advice.

Great Location and Clean Unit

Highly recommend staying here. We came for the Memeorial Day weekend and the unit is clean with a very comfortable bed and couch. It was perfect for spending the day at the beach and grabbing beach gear. Plus it's an easy walk to the beach, an ice cream shop, restaurant, and mini golf. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Spot

We stayed at this location for two nights prior to leaving for a cruise. The property was in perfect condition and the room was spotless. The short walk to the beach was a real bonus!

Tiny but perfect

The place is small but it was perfect for my little solo vacation! Within steps of the beach so that was awesome. Close to lots of restaurants. Very clean and I loved that beach gear was included!

Great Stay

Perfect for a couple. Really clean and fresh. The whole property looks recently updated. Nice outdoor areas to sit and have coffee. Lots of beach accessories to use, and the beach is a very short walk. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Nice location, a 2 minute walk to the unpopulated beach, brand new amenities with great attention to detail. We had everything we ever needed and then some. I would rent again.

Darling beach cottage

This property was absolutely darling, and everything you could ever want on vacation. Immaculate and very well located, just steps to the beach. Only complaint was the bathroom a brighter light and the tv was hard to navigate. The pull out sofa was super comfy as was the bed in the one bedroom. Restaurant book was extremely helpful! We will definitely be back next time we come to town.

Very relaxing vacation

This was a very clean property. It was perfect for my husband and myself. It would not have been good with more people. The bathroom was small but it was no big deal, really. My husband is 6 foot 5 so most bathrooms are hard for him generally. All and all it was great! The beach was very close by and beautiful. We would stay here again

Birthday getaway

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful place. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen & for the beach was provided. The place was clean inside and the surroundings as well. Loved the out door seating area, grilling area & a smoking area. This was our second stay here & brought along 4 other friends who were very pleased with their rooms & accommodations. We will be back in August as this is our go to place to stay when we’re in Cocoa Beach. During this stay we got to meet the lovely owner who was super friendly, accommodating & she gave us a bottle of wine to celebrate my birthday. Highly recommend staying here!
