Communication with Shana was great. We stayed a couple days before leaving for our cruise, very close walk to the beach. The accommodations were very clean and unique with a nice patio to hang out on. Rented a car through Avis from MCO, the Avis return with cruise shuttle is 3 minutes from the house.

Perfect pre cruise spot

My husband and I stayed here for a few days prior to our cruise vacation. It was perfect for just the two of us. Short walk to the beach and close to everything in coco beach.

This property was a hidden gem! So quaint and quiet with so much beachy charm! We stayed 2 nights before catching our cruise. It was so relaxing with a very short walk to the beach. We can't wait to come bavk with our kids!

Vacation house

We spent 20 days there, my sister and I. The apartment is very functional, well decorated, the patio is spacious and the location very close to the sea is ideal.

Perfect location for a quite beach getaway.

We enjoyed the location. So close to everything. Stayed a few days before our cruise out of Port Canaveral. Will be back.

Wonderful Stay

Highly recommend. This is a great accommodation for the Cocoa area, Especially for a couple. Our unit could not accommodate kids.

Hope to stay again...

Very nice stay. Location, perfect for me, close to the beach and close to family. Fortunately the weather was perfect sunny everyday. Since kitchen area is a screened in porch, not sure what it would have been like if it was rainy slash stormy.

We only had a 1 night stay but would definitely book again and recommend to our friends and family. The area was clean. It was close by the beach, stores and restaurants.

The Flamingo is adorably beachy. We got in Early and rang the ring camera hoping even though early the room was ready but the response from the ring camera was very annoyed that we rang and said we had to wait the 50 minutes till 3

Cute place and great location!

We loved this place! We were 5 minute walk to the beach on a quiet street. They had a wagon with boogie board, beach chairs and umbrella. The outdoor space around this property is so inviting and so cute! We would certainly stay here again if given the chance!

Cruise

The room was awesome it was clean and very nice. We would have loved to stay longer but our cruise left the next day. Look forward to staying there again.
