This spectacular home has a fully-equipped modern kitchen, 3 cable TV's, 2 spacious bedrooms (second floor) with fabulous ocean views, comfortable and newly furnished living room with gas fireplace, additional queen sofabed (first floor) and spectacular ocean views. Enjoy cocktails and barbecuing from the home's ocean-front deck offering sweeping views of Cape Cod Bay. Sandwich is Cape Cod's most historic town; convenient to site seeing, shopping, fishing, golfing, restaurants and children's activities. This home is available year round.

Fall beauty on the Cape

We enjoyed the beautiful setting of this cottage on the beach although it was quite chilly to be outside. There is a beautiful fireplace that kept us warm at night. The home was well-appointed and looked recently updated. One comment - read the description carefully. I neglected to see the sheets and towels were not included in the rental price. We stayed in other places where they were provided and didn't realize this would be an issue. You also should bring shower soaps as they were not provided. All said, this is a great location and a beautiful property.

Stay in Sandwich

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house in Sandwich, MA. From the moment we booked, the owners were incredibly friendly and communicative, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. Their warmth and attention to detail really made us feel welcome and ensured we had everything we needed for our 3-day stay. The house itself was clean and offered breathtaking views of the ocean. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the deck was absolute bliss. The location was perfect – just a short walk to the beach, with easy access to local shops and restaurants. We also appreciated the cozy, comfortable furnishings, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We left feeling completely refreshed and can't wait to return. Thank you to the wonderful owners for making this such a memorable trip!

Amazing Location & Host

Brought my 3 kids with me to this location. The house is great and right on the beach. Outside of the house and beach, what really stood out for me was the hospitality of the house. Rarely do you find someone willing to put in the effort with communication and suggestions. We will certainly be coming back in the future.

Great little place!

Loved the location right off the beach and the place was clean and well taken care of. Pictures depict the place very accurately. Communication with the owner was excellent. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Fun girls weekend

The location can’t be beat! You truly can’t get any closer to the ocean than this. The house has a nice open layout and was very comfortable and clean. It was wonderful falling asleep to the sound of the waves. It rained during our trip and it would have been great if the house had a deck of cards or board games. I would recommend the owner provide a manual for the home that includes the Wi-Fi password, how to access the tv subscriptions, how to use the stove in the living room (couldn’t get it to turn on), etc. Finally, the home is well appointed with kitchen supplies but there was no toilet paper and only a few sheets left on the paper towel roll, so I would recommend guests bring their own. Other than those few things, this is a wonderful place that we really enjoyed.

Amazing Location!

We had a wonderful stay in this little home by the water! The location is fabulous overlooking the calm waters of the cape. The back deck is amazing to sit and relax on, and you can walk right back out to the beach. The house itself is furnished with everything you need for a beach stay. It was perfect for our small family - being able to go out to the beach multiple times an day and come inside when the kids wanted a snack or just some time to relax was perfect.

Beautiful location right on the beach!

The house was clean and comfortable. The beach was quiet and relaxing. It's rocky, so be sure to pack your water socks/shoes. The water was chilly, but that didn't stop the kids. Neighbors on both sides shared their beach fires with us in the evenings. Loved having dinner on the deck looking out over the water.

Annual Girls Weekend

Our best friends weekend away to Cape Cod was perfect. Sipping coffee in the morning while watching the surf, playing games at night with the cozy stove, this was the perfect place to recharge. Close to shopping and great restaurants even during the pandemic - this house is perfect.

Location location location

Great location directly on the water. Can’t get better than that. Great beach house very comfortable, rustic home. Outside of picking the coldest weekend of winter (Jan/21) for our mini getaway we had a relaxing peaceful enjoyable weekend. Great fireplace cozy living room fantastic views of the water, perfect for two or a small family. Pros location, quiet, comfortable Cons updated kitchen needs updated housewares. All in all we loved our stay looking forward to returning

Great cottage to escape the city

Planning was easy. Brad was easily reachable and understanding of my hectic schedule when I didn’t respond immediately. Check in was seem less, he actually was able to allow us early check in. The cottage was clean, well kept, right on the beach. We could hear the waves crashing at night. Everything was well kept and clean. The gas fireplace was a great touch. The host was responsive to our needs and very kind, I have already recommended this place to a colleague and a few friends. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Right on the ocean

The property is a comfortable beach house directly on the beach with great views and the sounds of the ocean - exactly what we were looking for. Nice neighborhood. The property owner was very responsive to some minor issues. We stayed in the winter, and the house was warm and cozy. Though the listing says to bring pillows and blankets, those actually were available at the property. There's no dishwasher, so make sure you have your helpers ready to clean up!

December weekend

We had a nice weekend at the beach house- with the beach right outside the door! We did not get to enjoy beach as much as we wanted with the northeaster- but we plan to go back for a longer stay. House was perfect size for us and we enjoyed the gas burning stove- very toasty!

Best ever!

Easy to find - really truly right on the beach. Amazing the beach’s front yard was like a nest protected from the wind. Couple of easy questions when we got there, they got to our email right away. Water was spectacular - kids stayed in the whole time. Would move in permanently in a minute!!! Thanks you guys - big big double thumbs up!!!!

Beautiful spot, Homey cottage

Great location, well-appointed cottage, friendly-helpful owners, what more do you want? You are right on the beach, even with a spot for the youngsters safe from larger beach. Internet is great, TVs a bit challenging to figure out taping, etc., but the 3 of them work very well, and great views throughout the cottage (no neighbor on one side too for more expansive views). The kitchen is very well stocked, incredible microwave, everything working well. Bedrooms have lots of storage space (and again, great views). The gas fireplace is a real treat! Master could possibly use a new mattress, a little soft, but no big deal-I'm being picky about a '10'. The heating (we stayed in winter) works extremely well, with 'thin' blankets for the beds that are amazingly warming. Highly recommend eating at Amari's. Casual dress, but top of the line food. In summary, recommend this rental and the owners highly, will probably return again soon.
