We loved our stay at Hummingbird! We thought the house and the views were beautiful. it’s also wonderful location to many things in Chattanooga and other nearby activities. We felt comfortable and relaxed our whole time there.

The house was lovely! A couple of glitches on my part with light switches and the back porch door. Our host was most accommodating with my user errors. The driveway and I finally got along when I finally figured out how to back in from the right side! Thanks for the help!

The property is perfectly clean , attractive and comfortable. It is a convenient layout, we especially enjoyed the record player. There' is no door to the bathroom in the primary bedroom. . The driveway, as noted is quite steep but both cars navigated, , as you go up, stay to the left of the drive to avoid scraping. I

This property is very convenient to lookout mountain and downtown and area attractions. Check in process is very simple. Communication with the host is extremely prompt, within the hour if not sooner, and very willing to please you.

This home was great for our stay with our daughters. They loved the loft area and the rest of the home had everything we needed. The beds were comfy. You could hear the road noise but the noise machines and fans helped and it wasn’t loud enough to keep us up. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.The home was close to the attractions we visited, but located in a beautiful hillside neighborhood. We walked the area in the mornings and enjoyed great views from the balcony with our coffee and night caps.We loved watching the cardinals in the yard, and our girls got to see fireflies for the first time. We even were lucky enough to be visited by some deer. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely gorgeous home! There was plenty of space for hanging out inside and outside. Host was very welcoming and communication was great.

We really enjoyed our stay! We came for a wedding and had all six of us in the home. It’s spacious, very clean, tucked away in the hills while still close to town, and the owners were incredibly responsive and helpful. The home had everything we needed.The layout worked well for our group. The loft has two twin beds with a curtain for privacy. The master is very spacious, but the bathroom has no door, so there isn’t much privacy. We stayed in the other bedroom with the queen bed and had plenty of room. The bed was comfortable, though the pillows were very thin, and a few more pillows and towels for six people would have been nice. The kitchen was well equipped except for a toaster.The huge balcony surrounded by trees was beautiful! One thing future guests should know is that freeway traffic noise is quite loud. It made conversation on the balcony difficult, and even with the noise machines, my sister needed earplugs to sleep.Also, the driveway is VERY steep and tight. Two vehicles can park, but getting in/out is difficult when both are there. We had two SUVs and ended up parking the smaller one on the street near the trash cans. The road is narrow, so careful parking is important.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really appreciated the beautiful home and the owners’ hospitality. These are just a few things we think are helpful for future guests to know.

This house is really beautiful! It's big and great for a large family or group. It's in a great neighborhood tucked up on a ridge so you are overlooking a great view of the city. Super close to most things in the city and centrally located. There is a beautiful deck with a great view and flat patio that's more enclosed in front. Kitchen and dining are well equipped, 2 full baths upstairs and half bath down worked great for our group. Beds were all comfortable and the little alcove bed with trundle is really cute- great for kids or adults alike. Lots of little amenities around. Good wifi, easy check in, safe locks and great ongoing communication right from the start.

This house is right off the interstate and is in the middle of everything. Its Beautiful on the inside and everything was great. The only downside is being so close to the interstates its quite noisy outside and in the master bedroom. The host was very nice and always returned messages if i had a question. Would recommend staying here.

Was nice in every way except for the driveway. I would not recommend that anyone who does not have great driving skills to rent this. , because the driveway is very difficult and seemingly straight down and at a angle at the same time. You need to be able to back down that way with limited visibility
