Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ This casita is located at the back of the house. Guests will not have access to the main house but can enjoy a completely private stay with their own separate entrance. Make yourself at home!



➤ Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis for regular cars or SUVs only (no trailers, mobile homes, boats, or anything not considered a regular car or SUV).

Located in a central Phoenix neighborhood, this casita offers easy access to the best of the city. You’ll find local coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores just around the corner. Downtown Phoenix, the Biltmore area, and popular attractions like the Phoenix Art Museum, Heard Museum, and Desert Botanical Garden are only a short drive away. With quick access to AZ-51 and I-10, exploring the wider Phoenix area is simple and convenient.

Please note that opening doors and windows may make it difficult for the temperature to operate within this range. The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee temperatures outside this range or 100% system uptime, as frequent guest use may occasionally cause the system to require maintenance or repairs.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
