We loved this property! The view was amazing, the house is clean and the host is very, very responsive. We loved the dock and the view from the balcony, the ice maker was great for coolers & just drinks. I was a little concerned about the water since we were told not to run the tanks dry, but it was never a problem at all. There were 6 of us to shower & wash clothes, never had any issues at all. I’ve been to Exuma 3 times and when I go back, I will stay here again. It was perfect for my family, lots of privacy and just absolutely beautiful!

The beach view was spot on ! We could swim and snorkel right from the house.The house was exactly as it was pictured. Water was left for us. The owner and property manager was both so kind and helpful. Communication with both of them was effortless. We had a personal dock to sit out at anytime but was extremely beautiful at night with the moon.

Beautiful home with a stunning view, plenty of water toys and kitchen was stocked well! We will definitely be back to Aqua Vista! Thank you for the wonderful family vacation!

This is an AMAZING property! Pulling in the driveway you are greeted with a stunning view of the crystal clear turquoise waters and lush landscaping. The house is very comfortable and stocked with every amenity you could ever ask for!

We had a Great stay in Exuma, if you’re looking for a secluded house with great views and beautiful water this is the spot for you! A little off the beaten path but totally worth the drive. The house was super clean and had everything you could need for an island stay. Dock was an amazing place to spend the late afternoon relaxing. Just close enough to town for any needed provisions.

Property was in excellent condition - host reached out to us for a personal welcome, offered any way to make our stay better, knew we were visiting the island for the first time and was a wealth of local knowledge information for activities we would never have discovered on our own - kudos to our host for this!

Great place to stay, right on the water. Had everything we need.Only drawback is there isn’t really a beach. Can’t take a walk on the beach.

Prepare for itching bites Baby oil does NOT help at all. Off worked best, unfortunately. We arrived at the tail end of Regatta so the availability of many food and daily items was a challenge. We did bring one suitcase full of snacks so it got us through ok. This is a paradise property and location but you should really stay at least 2 weeks for full appreciation of all Exuma has to offer. We hope to return and would stay again at Aqua Vista.

Gina was amazing to deal with. She was extremely helpful and welcoming. The house was well appointed with everything we needed. The snorkeling at the little reef by the house was a blast and always full of unique creatures (a huge king crab and a peacock founder were 2 of the coolest).

Fantastic location with beautiful water and view. The house is very well stocked with everything you could want for cooking and entertainment. We were so fortunate to meet the owners of the home during our stay and they were so kind to show us around the little islands on their boat and even took my son fishing. Not only did we have a great time at this home - we also got to meet the kindest hosts!

Great family getaway

The property is amazing. Plenty of amenities and a great location. Secluded from the small hotels and resorts on the Atlantic side of Exuma.

Perfect getaway!!

House was perfect for a relaxing trip—- quiet and off the beaten path, but close enough to everything we needed. Tony was awesome and we can’t wait to come back!!!!

We had an amazing time staying at Aqua Vista! The home is super comfortable and the hosts are very attentive. We enjoyed the home so much that we had a bit of a hard time leaving to explore the island. That said, we did make it to the northern and southern most points of Exuma. This is a fantastic place to experience! If you are considering a trip here, you won’t regret this stay! We most definitely plan on coming back and staying at AquaVista!

This house is amazing! I have never in my life been in a place that’s so beautiful- you can’t beat the ocean right outside your door. The owners were wonderful and always answered any questions that we had. I would 100% recommend this house to anyone who’s thinking about visiting Exhuma.

We just loved our stay! Couldn't have been a more beautiful view and setting and we especially loved the kayaks and paddle boards. Thank you for the great communication before and during our stay!

Magical Stay

Stunning views, great Topsider house, and the privacy we craved. The dock, the decks, the house......could not have been better. Everybody loved their time there. Hard to leave, but we'll be back.

Perfect location

Loved being more secluded but still having access to necessities! Perfect property for our family loved hanging out on the dock and swimming! Tony was big help finding property from airport. Eric was helpful before and during our stay thank you!
