This was a great house for my family to all gather for the week. We had 7 adults and a bunch of our kids. The living space is very open and allows for lots of people to gather in the kitchen, around the table and the living room. The bedrooms all have their own bathroom with is very convenient for all guests. Only bedroom without is a kid room but it has a foosball table some good trade off. The walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes and very easy even with little kids. You are a short golf cart ride down Christopher and in the heart of Duck. Shopping, restaurants, ice cream and a playground all nearby. If I had to point out two draw backs one would be the ac unit is a little older and the backyard pool area is isolated from the house. Only way to access is going down front steps through the garage. This is a plus if you have small kids to restrict access and monitor swim time. The pool area is great with a bar and tv area to also hang out. Also be prepared to use charcoal and grill as there is no gas grill. Takes a little longer to grill but worth the wait. This house is a great spot in Duck and I would definitely go back and stay again for another week of such great family time.
