Clean and great location. Plenty of room and kitchen had everything you would need. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch with our beagle Snoopy watching the sunrise.

The house was in a perfect location. Was great sitting on the front porch watching the birds in the river. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Will definitely stay here again.

Tastefully decorated , comfortable and welcoming home. Exceded our expectations. Management courteous, friendly but professional and prompt getting back to us. Location was wonderful with easy access to nearby beaches, restaurants, and downtown Historic District. Kitchen fully stocked but would suggest they invest in a Keurig Coffee maker. Neighborhood is quiet, peaceful with friendly neighbors. Incredible sunrises and view directly across the street of the Mantazas River. I highly recommend this house and the icing on the top is its dog friendly with a nice backyard. My husband & I enjoyed our morning coffee in the rocking chairs on the covered front porch. A five star rating and we’ve rented numerous places on VRBO.

My husband and I spent our anniversary weekend at Heron House, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The house was beautiful and clean and felt so comfortable. There were lots of places to curl up with a good book. And oh my goodness on that view! Be sure to get up at least one morning to catch the sunrise.The kitchen has everything you need and then some!We also brought our boat and our dog. Our dog loved going on nice walks in the peaceful neighborhood. The house is in close proximity to boat ramps and is a great place to stay if you’re looking at doing some fishing!The host is amazing, as well :) They answered all questions and replied speedily!

This property was wonderful!!!! Waking up to sit on the porch and watch the beautiful sunrise over the water. The house was perfect. Clean, open, comfy and inviting. Everything we needed. Truly a home away from home but even better. Thank you and we absolutely will return and stay longer
